- Viva Azteca by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive Resort in Playacar, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The distance to the international airport is roughly sixty minutes. There are several ways to go from the airport to the Viva Azteca by Wyndham, including taxis, private shuttles, and included buses from All Inclusive travel packages. There are 335 beautifully appointed and clean rooms at the resort. The Resort offers convenient access to Yucatan Peninsula attractions, a variety of on-site activities, and accommodations with views of the ocean and gardens. In addition, you have a variety of on-site options to pick from, such as tennis, beach volleyball, kayaking, and bike riding.
IN CONCLUSION, we had an okay experience at the Viva Azteca by Wyndham, from the beautiful surroundings to the mostly friendly staff and good service. The resort is located in the amazing paradise of Playacar, in front of a wonderful beach with blue waters that are great for swimming. The restaurant's food was tasty; unfortunately, the buffet had a limited selection, and the breakfast was rather basic. Also, the service was poor, particularly around dinner. We would definitely change the buffet food options more frequently. For dinner, we favored XUL-XA restaurant, which had a lovely setting, delicious food, and stunning views of nature. Overall, a good 4-star resort; you get what you pay for.

For the money we spent, this was a good resort. We stayed here for a week and couldn't have asked for more. It was a last-minute deal for us coming from Canada. The food is acceptable but the beach is a jewel. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching and sharing your experience 😊
If you're looking for a good four-stars resort on Playacar beach, this is the one to book. Small organized resort, beach chairs are always available, and all of the staff were friendly and kept the resort clean. We had a great time here on a budget! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching and sharing your experience 😊
Nice, small resort with lovely surroundings. Many of their employees are wonderful people who genuinely care about their work. Great vacation and on the budget! Good video.

This is my favorite spot; it's a peaceful small hotel with an amazing beach and kind staff who are always willing to help. Probably one of the few decent affordable hotels on stunning Playacar Beach. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for watching 😊 🤩🏖🌊👍
I truly like the resort and the beach. Do they have a luxury section or something like VIP? Thanks.
They do have VIP, but given the price difference and the resort's four-star rating, I'd rather stay at a five-star resort for the same amount and have better food and service. Maybe Riu Palace or Iberostar.
So much info. Thanks a lot!
Thank you for watching 🌊🏖🌞
We are booked for july here! Thanks for the video!!! Appreciated
Thank you for Watching 🏖🌊🌴🌞
is the weather/beach ok for July? not the rainy or hurricane season?
Weather is nice and hot, but the beach might be full of sargassum. It depends, every year is different 🏖⛱️
Wonderful! Do you know if we can jet skiing and how much it costs?
Thank you. There are numerous rentals available on the beach where you can rent a jet ski. They stay closed on windy days.😉🏖🌊Depends on the time of the year, but prices range from $80 to $120 a person.
Thank you for posting. What is the difference between the Viva Azteca vs Viva Maya?
Azteca is a higher end resort with better food and service. Staying at Azteca, you can also use Maya facilities, we walked there a few times.😊🌞
@worldaroundtravel_ thank you for your feedback.
Thanks for the video
How far is from the airport?
Thank you for watching. It is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Cancun Airport 🌞🌴
