Yes, they shouldn't JUST nerf his gadgets and star powers, but I think its bad when brawlers rely too much in an ability that you have to unlock later (like kit gadget). They should nerf broken gadgets and star powers like they do now, but then buff the base kit to compensate.
i started playing this year after the downfall of clash royale and supercell is slowly turning their games into clash royale where they just release the same update (hyper charges/evolution, brawlers/cards and an event) and it turns into a boring and highly monetized content loop. But brawlstars has fun events
when you have a characters that main feature is running away or hiding for half the game obviously people aren't gonna enjoy it, its so boring to play and even more jarring to play against. half of the time people play brawl stars cause its faster than other mobile games and characters like mortis completely ruined the fast paced flow. Plus seeing mortis mains go on gem grab and just grab gems and run away all game has to be the most cowardice tactic of all time. the reason its hated now is because everybody wants to be a sweat, before the game was just about fun now everybody has an ego from playing a mobile game. man I wish people started feeling shame again
