And just to be a history dork…The Baby Boom was a discrete event. Baby Boomers are the result of an actual THING that happened, every other generation name is basically just made up with no real definite meaning or dividing lines, etc. Naming generations has slowly grown in popularity since the “boomer” generation was named.

The average coffee is like…60mg of Caffeine. You push towards 100mg with espresso and cold brew. Back when I was taking caffeine, I would take 200mg pills, I got to a point where I had 1000mg before I left for work. That couldn’t have been healthy…
the generation before the boomers was called the silent generation i'm pretty sure. also, i'm gen z and i do make fun of milennials but only because my older brother is a zillennial and he annoys me a lot. also gen alpha are ANIMALS. i know they're tiny children, but teachers are talking about how gen alpha are the worst kids they've ever taught, and it's mostly because milennials are their parents. they're too reliant on the internet to keep their kids occupied so they don't have to deal with them, and their kids literally have withdrawal symptoms when their ipad gets taken away. it's pretty scary
