One potential drawback of KL is its tendency to flag emails as spam if you don't exclusively target engaged segments. If you have a large email list, say 100k subscribers, and frequently change your email lists, KL may not be the best choice for you. This is because frequent list changes can negatively impact your domain reputation, leading to a decline in open rates. KL is better suited for integrated marketing campaigns rather than solely cold email marketing

I accidentally update our company account from wizard settings trying to find the logo. After i updated all the work is gone. Klaviyo says we're not connected to shopify account. Too sensitive and its all gone in a snao. Like the email and campaign all gone. Is there any way to retrieve what we made before? Please help
Damn, Klaviyo is depressing. Finally created an abandoned cart flow, and when I went to my website, entered all my details, and left a checkout.... IT DIDN'T WORK. Not a single email is received after 10 minutes (which is the time of the first one). Any idea?
@Stewart Gauld, when you created a campaign targeting your "All Subscribers on Shopify" list, you set it up so that when they sign up they will receive a Welcome email. But then how does that coincide with the email flows, specifically the Welcome Series? Is that not redundant and will they receive the same welcome email twice? I just realized that campaigns are more of a one-off thing that you send to certain lists (for example, an email for a free ice cream on July 4th for customers who are on your subscriber list just because you have extra ice cream on hand that you need to offload). Whereas flows are the automated emails that everyone who signs up gets within a specific timeframe after signing up.
Great video! Just to confirm I have set up a 10% off pop up and created a flow for this pop up. As I have also made an embed 10% off in my footer will I need to create a separate flow for that one too?
Hey mate, depends what you set for triggering the flow. If it's people that join a specific audience group then they will all receive the flow sequence. You can also test this with practice emails.

I was given an email list (150) from an event that I participated in and paid for. I was told I could use this email list for anything I wanted. I have a pet bow--tie business and have new styles coming out and am just getting started. As you taught me I did my set ups. My question is where in Klaviyo can I add these emails to be part of the list you just taught us how to make. Thank you this was Amazing!!

That is odd. It should be triggered. Ensure that your flow is active and delivering. Try use another email. Did you check your spam?

Great question. If you decide to set up an email flow like the welcome series, then you do not need to send a welcome email campaign.

I have a theme in which it shows its own popup of signup so after connecting klaviyo to shopify should I turn off the theme own signup popup ???

When you click on your email list, you can bulk upload your contacts to your list.
