Wow. That was a really important message from Robin about self perpetuating negative thoughts, and how by changing our thoughts we can change our circumstances. I know from personal experience that if I dwell upon a negative experience then I am going to recreate that experience in the future and create a downward spiral into depression. Truly, trying to find the silver lining in every cloud really works in creating a happy life. And another great show, full of inspiration and information. 💯

I have struggled many years to overcome depression been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and at the moment and for some time have managed to do so by changing a lot of my belief system, looking within and doing what I love the most, what makes me happy. I love Robin Williams and was devastated when my hero passed away . What dreams may come has so much meaning for me too. He can turn up and scare the beegibbies out of me 😂😂😂
