He asked me to help out on this project because I had done some arrangement work for the music for the Sword Saint job from Mobius Final Fantasy. During the development of the remake, it was used as the placeholder battle music for the collapsed expressway segment, and the request I got was to compose something in a similar vein. To me, what that meant was, 'Please write something upbeat and catchy.' ☺

It was pretty good. I was an early player, but I stopped after a year because the grind was insane. But it was a fun game to play. The break mechs, cards and elem system really flowed together. I stopped playing when the special limited characters like Lightning happened, so I can't really say how the game was after that point.
The game became almost completely different with release of the Part 2, adding a lot of new mechanics (The pure turn per turn become much more similar with FF10, with the addition of the Special Action Gauge, that can be filled depending on the role of your class, and that allows you to use a spell of you 2nd deck, Switching class, entering the Mobius field (granting you +8 actions, with the possibility to use a Double Limit Break)). Not only that, but it came with ( not surprisingly), a new story (extending the consequeses of the 1st Part) and overall content ( challenges,HoF, collab with FF8) The main problem with the story of 2nd Part, is that it feels they had to rush the end, maybe because of the planned shutdown...
It was good but had huge problems at the start but got better over time until the last 6 or so months where the game just became too monetized to the point where in order to stay relevant on leader boards you had to drop 150-300 bucks (USD). But it was until that point a great ride.
Having previous Job classes would do the trick, if you already have them all before the new job comes out, you are guaranteed on any "golden" pull to get the newest job, or if it is stated to be like that, like how I got the Agent of Crimson Woe and The Materia Hunter.
Mekkah Dee sounds like "beat each other to death class"but I see on the break power sucks. You red the bar and attacked. Barely Dented the break gauge.
i still dont know why square doesnt bring this back as a full game, capcom did it for megaman x dive and snk brought a full version of that metal slug attack and defense game, so why cant square do this for mobius dammit.

How is the class normal basic wise? Only know it has high attack power.
It's pretty damn good! HP is decent, attack is crazy, break power is lame, magic is pretty high for a warrior, good crit and high defence.

Plus 40% resist to all elements. He can tank a lot of hits especially in MP battles in Global's current meta

Yea, I believe that you can play an attacker role in MP and still tank stuff. Not 100% sure though
