Now you made the $1000 you can buy your crew some helmets or hard hats.. also your saws are dull or the high end isnt adjusted correctly. I have the Timberwolve you should do a muffler mod on it.
Yes, you are paid in proportion to the problems you solve. In this case the problem was the tree fell on the fence. She was worried her fence would break all the way if someone didn’t get it off. Then if that happened her dogs would get out. After she called multiple companies and no answers she called us. We solved the problem and me and my crew got paid accordingly as always👍
These guys are clowns,, got no idea what they are doing plus they have got zero PPE on, & they obviously don’t value there hearing very much either..! Absolute amateur ( and calling them an amateur is being generous…!!!
If anyone’s looking to start a tree tree service or landscape buisness shoot me a text 2524738600 I will work with you one on one to teach you the skills to be successful
Nothing wrong with doing things your way with your own company and jobs but please don’t go teaching this to other people getting in the industry. You got lucky on this job. The way you do things is not professional or safe. Hopefully you continue to grow and learn. I’d start with some PPE and some cones for your jobsites. I used to not think a thing of all the ppe but once you see someone get hurt you’ll feel differently and also at 250 an hour and 4 guys you should up your prices a bit so you can pay for your equipment and grow as a company.
You need to learn a whole bunch before you start telling anybody you’re gonna teach anything. You’re lucky you and your guys haven’t gotten seriously hurt yet!!!
It's amazing any of you survived!
That’s was my thought watching this.

You've got to be taking the piss!!!!Fair play for the 'have a go' attitude but seriously......
I hope your not proud of how this removal went. You got lucky on this one. Be careful and learn directional falling.
