This is fantastic, I’ve been trying to get more of an insight into the reserves for a while. Hope the course goes well!

I was born, lived and work in RAF Halton in the Messes, there used be a RAF Hospital in RAF Halton. I used work a messhand in tin room and kitchen where the AC to the mess.
I've got a question for the Q&A. Approximately how long does it take from hitting the Apply button on the website to; A. info session, B. Initial fitness test, C. Brtc 1, and D. Brtc 2? I know there will be some variance per applicant but given a normal progression are we talking 2 months, 6 months?
Another great vid! What surprised me in BRTC was the First Aid Section was my favourite bit … genuinely the last thing I expected. I imagine you’ve done the CBRN initial exposure by now. You never forget your first. 😅 Totally get the beard thing too; it is WEIRD at first. 😂

Not on this course, you’ll do that on BRTC Part 1.
It is not a hanger it is the New Workshop, the hangers is on the other side of canal. The New Workshop was made in the 1950s while the Old Workshop was made on 1916 by German POWs.
Question. If I grow a beard due to religious reasons, will I need to shave it as well?
