I recommend using an excel spreadsheet and writing the question number, section, type of question (ie standalone or passage) and where you went wrong. If you find that most of your errors are on passage based questions and figure interpretation it is likely that you need to work on testing strategies. If most errors are on standalone questions or questions that require knowledge of specific facts you probably need to review content. I would argue the best way to review content is by using anki and doing standalone questions on Uworld
