open the list all devices and make sure all is selected. Plug board in and hold both buttons for more than 2 seconds you should see STMBOOTLOADER in the devices window.... select and install the driver.
@@cooach6614 thats not what you are looking for...so try to the hold of buttons with the left first or right first down for 2-4 seconds. It should appear like the video shows.
@xaikken when you plug in, check the options and devices, list all devices, and see what is coming up. Then, unplug and check the list to see what appears and reappears. If a usb device shows up, you didn't get it into stmbootloader mode using the buttons on the board. If nothing shows up, it could be the, cable, port, changed the wrong driver or, worst case, the board. Disconnect all other devices before trying.
Hi Bros, Zadig can't recognize my proffieboard but I've checked the control panel and click on Bluetooth & other devices. It can show "Proffieboard" whatever I've hold boot and press reset on the board but nothing shown. I've make sure I've install "proffieboard" and select V2 in arduino 1.8.19. I've no idea now... I'm on Windows 10. Thanks.

hey man so it works for a sec but once I unplug it for it to show it ports it just disappears

Make sure you follow the steps in the video. Update computer. Check for usb issues with computer. Shut all other USB devices off.
