Set in such a haunting raag , so melodious lyrics has so much depth . shankar Mahadevan is legendary .mouli has done good justice to the song . She does sound like Kavitha Krishnamurthy in the sense that she has very good vocal range ( meant it as a complement) , really praiseworthy.
This song is so good that I have been listening again and again.its like " mere zehen mein baith gayi hai".
Please Hindi film industry take a cue from this song and please give us more classical ragas based songs rather than bad remixes and loud banging music . except Ismail Darbar and sanjay leela bhansali and late adesh Srivastava no one these days does classical music based songs.they are so soulful and evergreen
