Makes the one I found look like a younger man’s dream haha. What an absolute pearl brother! I’m so stoked for you. Congratulations on such an epic rescue. The tip doesn’t bother me one bit. She’s a monster slayer. Such an epic day and I think it interesting we both found dovetail type pieces so close to the Clovis. Even Action Jackson finds dovetails and Clovis points closely associated. Of course others as well like big Sandy’s and Pinetrees which are also good indicators. Epic epic stuff brother and thank you so much for sharing. Also the areas they don’t think to walk are the best and intimately yours!!!

Dang brother you definitely have found a honey hole now. That spot will produce for you from now on. A lot of campsites have springs but also a lot of natives picked springs to hunt over. That’s what you’ve found. That’s why your not finding flakes. You can actually do better in spots like that because that’s where all of the hunting took place! I’d definitely be going back there from now on looking for the tip to that paleo point and there’ll be more paleo points surface there over time. It pays to look for new spots and eventually you’ll have several of those spots which will increase your chances of success. Definitely the find of a lifetime there for sure! That stone has definitely been worked so it’s definitely an artifact 👍👍👍
Never really thought about that, I just figured it was a good source for clean water ,it makes alot of sense especially where it is located, not alot of good looking camp spots ,that's why I just about went past it. Congratulations man. Truly blessed. I had a site with paleo stuff in the late 90’s. I was able to hunt it for 8 years before they finally developed the land.

cool thing is it looks like a impact fracture on that paleo. That means it probably broke in attempt of killing a mammoth. (nevermind It doesnt appear to be after a better look) That celt had a shape like no other! it defenately had that pointed end to wedge into a handle
Yeah it looks like it probably lost its tip washing around on the bank ,its hard to tell because of the material if it is a old break or fairly new ,I'll put it under a microscope soon and find out .I love the celt almost as much as the Clovis , I'm a sucker for stone tools 😀 thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it
Amazing finds, I know where you will be going first on your next hunt! The hard stone looks like it has a bit like an adze. The Clovis well you named that one, no doubt and congratulations, wish that little bit of a tip was on there for ya. The beveled does have a Dovetail look to it but don’t take my advice because I’m not the best at typing. Anyways, good luck to you and can’t wait to see what else comes from there!

You said looks like a big blade and I was looking at the flute thinking maybe it was an impact fracture, then my jaw dropped as I'm sure yours did as well 👍

Took me 30 years of hunting to find a Clovis. The twist on the Dove is from re- sharpening. Nice celt also so I'd say congratulations are in order
