Don’t be afraid to share your emotions Sam. Especially on the first Father’s Day without your dad. You’re amongst friends. So glad to see a genuine smile on your face. Ed
I don't think it's a secret that you grew up well off, but I know plenty of people in those circles who have pissed their lives away. Privilege only gets you so far; it doesn't automatically grant you what you've achieved on social media. You've more than earned your stripes in this space and you've earned the right to treat yourself. Congrats on the car mate!
Like Uncle Phil said, it doesn't make you any less of a man walking through doors opened for you. We all have doors opened to us, in one form or another.
I've said it many times before and I'll say it again until you finally make it, but I do not understand how this channel doesn't have a million subscribers. Every video you put out feels so special, the camera work, the audio quality, the perspective you offer, its just spectacularly immersive. If I didn't know better I'd think your content is made by a multi million dollar production company. Just wonderful, Sam, thank you.
Because he doesn’t put on a shitty TH-cam personality like others. Those that put on the over enthusiastic, screaming at the camera etc tend to have growing channels , but people like Sam, who are genuine tend to maintain average numbers
I loved the reflective moment at the end of the video. It felt so genuine and made me smile. It warms the hearts of us long term followers. Congrats on 10 years & the CS ❤
Hard to believe the channels is nearly 10 years old. I watched since your 4C days. The best part was still your Monaco roadtrips with the UK gang. I remember how you wanted a CS for a long time and now finally got your dream car. I'm happy for you. A manual swap would be a great idea.
It is but my Ferrari Mondial 3.2 QV Coupe sounded very good on the A46 last Friday whilst accelerating out of the roundabout at Newark! It’s all down to which exhaust is fitted. Mine being a manual car is a bit more raw. A friend has recently sold his 360 CS as the noise is too much after an hour! If you own a CS it’s no good for going away in with a girlfriend for a long weekend! You can’t chat! He needs a Portofino M as well. His 360 was a duel role car. I’d bet he misses it for taking his Wife & child out in. I’m single but I’d not buy a race car as my only Ferrari! Enzo drove a 2+2 as his daily & for crossing continents in comfort with speed is what Sam needs. He’ll be looking at a 2+2 soon when his wife starts complaining about being left out!
@@dnice362 The cinematography and soundtrack from lukes videos, combined with the content of travelling / roadtrips from sam, would be the perfect car channel...
It's sad how difficult things have become in the present generation. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to use what's left to invest, but I don't really know which way to go.
I understand how you feel. It's a little bit difficult to navigate things these days. You don't wanna lose whatever is left. I may suggest that you find a financial advisor who could give you thorough advice on how to go if you want to go the investment route. Also, the fact your business failed doesn't mean you should give up.
That's right. I have tried many failed businesses and it's just a step further. Don't despair. But to add, if you do decide to use a financial advisor, it's best you use someone who understands your special needs and can work with you. I learnt this from experience before finally finding one I can stick with. Now I make six figures from my investments alone, and even more from my businesses.
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
I have watched Sam going back to about 2016 or 2017. His skills as a presenter have grown so much, and so have his car collection and viewership and personal life. To me, he seems like a genuinely nice guy. I love seeing him achieve his dreams👍
It's really great to see you sharing these 'moments' Sam.....because I'm sure, like me, all of your viewers/subscribers are really happy for you. We've seen your journey and feel privileged to have had access to it and it's great to see hard work rewarded. Keep doing what you do and achieving your dreams....because your dreams are FUN.
Sam, that intro, the howling of the engine amidst the mountainous forest with patches of clouds wisking by..... that cinematography was incredible.....cheers !!!
Well Done Sam! Yr final comments on how you feel with what you've achieved in the 10yrs of YT, a treat in the form of a Stradale is well deserved. Enjoy.
Still putting on a master class in independent automotive content, Sam. Great commentary and incredible shot selection and video quality as always, but high quality, slightly cinematic POV driving videos have been an emerging trend amongst REAL driving enthusiasts online and you knocked it out of the park with that intro.
The F1 box harks back to the technical future of 1989 - 1999, John Barnard, Mansell, Berger, Schumacher days. It was a great time, and that's what Ferrari was channeling with this car. Keep it as it is imo.
Couldn't be more agreed with you, especially the little pat on the car, I does it quite a lot too to remind myself. There are a lot of things out there still that I needed to work on, but this very moment, I had beaten myself and conquered. Hope this feeling stays forever with you.
this video just feels so special. been watching from the time you used to talk about the Stradale as your dream car and how you wanted to buy it one day. SO SO happy
Fair play to you Sam, it’s clear for all to see how much it means to you to own the CS and what a beauty it is. Keep the driving content coming, I for one will never tire of seeing people enjoy driving and be as enthusiastic about it as you are!
I highly recommend living close to roads like that. I made that leap a couple of years ago and it is glorious. All the frustration of getting to the roads you desire to be on will be gone. You'll be left with only with the good times - I love it! I also like the bit at the end. There's nothing like achieving a long-term goal that you set for yourself. It's one of the great parts about getting older is gaining the satisfaction of accomplishing your goals and dreams.
This is absolutely amazing, my favorite part is how, even when there's a grind when fantasy and hopes meet reality, this doesn't seem to have had a hit on you, you still love 360 Challenge Stradale, you truly love this car, and that's why I am so happy for you :')
Mille Miglia is a hassle to pull off, but honestly I think you and most likely Tony would have the time of your life in this car, even more than last time, because you'd somewhat know what to expect a second time around! The view of this car, you and Monaco down below just feels so very right. I'm glad I could follow this journey along for all these years! Also those opening shots were worth the drone sacrifice, simply stunning.
Been following you since the 4C. Massive congratulations on such a fantastic accomplishment and your career so far. Looking forward to the next 10 years!

Many privileged people grow up and never get to realize their full potential because they were already handed everything. You've done a beautiful job becoming your own person and I'm sure your dad is as proud as ever looking down on you. Cheers to the future!
Congratulations, Sam! You don't know me, we have never met but, most likely as many other subscribers, I am so happy for you! Happy and thankful for the content.
Sam, I’m happy for you, you got your dream car, it is actually one of my dream cars as well. I am a long time Ferrari fan and owner. If you do decide to convert your CS to a manual transmission, please share each step and take us with you through the entire journey. From selecting the conversion kit to selecting everything that goes along with this conversion. Please do not just jump ahead and have it done and then pop out a few weeks later with video showing us it’s done. please take us each step of the way, as I imagine, it’s gonna be a fantastic journey that all of us would love to go with you.
So pleased for you, Sam. You have worked hard for moments like these, so enjoy every minute of your success ....life is too short not to do so, I await the next adventure, mate.
Definitely an achievement ten years doing great TH-cam content. I first discovered you when you did the 1000 miles in the Lotus Emira. A car I was looking to buy. From then I’ve watched most of what you’ve done. You’ve done well and you should be very proud. I always like to see people achieve their dreams. Until next time…..🤟🏼
I’ve been waiting for this drive video for you for years … I am one of your earliest followers and we actually meet at the jet center party in Monterey when you and Vicki were doing drive the world… goal achieved … keep up the good work…👍🍾
Sounds Awesome as it gets louder as you approach the camera from behind on that mountain road👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You’re so lucky to be able to take your cars via the Chunnel to France, Italy, Germany. Very few roads like that in Oz for my 458 😕 Also amazed by how few other cars there are😮
Well done Sam! You so deserved to have your dream car. I’ve watched your channel from your first video in your Audi TT RS and your channel has always been true to your word.
I'm so happy for you, Sam. I've been following you since the first Jag you owned and to see you get the car you've always talked about really warms my heart, especially when you're out driving it like it was meant to be driven. ❤
Great Video Sam! Don’t ever change. The Challenge Stradale is the ultimate garage toy: styling, the sound and that driver hit. Look forward to seeing more vids. The glossglockner in it would be awesome or what about some roads up Scotland way ?
Very happy for you Sam. Buying your dream car is a great accomplishment, but buyiing it isn't really the point. Acquiring the car is the first step of ownership. The relationship with a trusted shop can add to that process. The entire point of owning your dream car is having the experiences you just shared in this video. Driving and living with your dream car on a great road, while on an adventure. Congratulations Sam.
Been here for 10 yrs Sam this channel is not only about cars my gf can sit down n watch it with me she be like oh sam stg lets go! Heres to more cheers!
Love that intro with the overhead drone, the sound of silence with the stream, then you hear the engine of the Ferrari revving, then boom, you're in it. Great editing. Also..those bicyclists on the road would freak me out knowing the could be around a corner. I do like that car! But my dream car is a 68/69 Dodge Charger. I am American like that. Did you watch the 24 Hours of LeMans this weekend?? Ferrari has won it 2 years in a row now!!
Great video - loved seeing and hearing the CS tear through those beautiful mountain roads. My personal opinion - do not convert a CS to manual. Ferrari made it this way and they are quite limited in production. By all means, mess with a normal 360 all you like, but I would personally leave the CS as it is. Amazing, raw, visceral car - love it!! And congrats on 10 years!!
Congrats Sam, I've been watching your channel since you first bought the 4C. My favourite car channel by far along with Jayemm - SOL and JWW have fallen away for me, I still watch Shmee occasionally too and Misha is cool. Harry's Garage and Ian Tyrell also make great content too. Tony is such a huge asset to your channel, as a fellow motor trader I love his input. Regarding a manual swap on the CS would that not make it similar to your old 360 bearing in mind the mods you did to that? I'd keep it OE - it's not like the conversions are Ferrari sanctioned like the AM Vanquish manual swaps which were done by AM - I'd leave well alone. Hope you continue to build your channel and don't blame you for wanting to leave car hating London.
OMG that engine sounds amazing! Echoing through those mountain roads, it sounds like a race car, angry, and wanting to go faster and faster. I never knew the stradale could sound that good
Hi Sam, you did it mate. I got my dream car 2 years ago. No regrets. Just finished paying it off. Its mine, all mine. Taken a bloody long time to get here. Its been a great journey though. Enjoy it Sam, its been emotional. 👍
To this day since I first heard this car on here I've loved everything about it and wish I could potentially drive or even own a 360cs one day. What a video. Definitely my dream car.
If you plan to do Targa Florio, the stretch after Cerda downbound to Caltavulturo which is the most photographed section tends to to have landslides because the slopes are muddy. The road is sometimes closed and there are off-road diversions. A Range-Rover maybe a better car at times. And considering everything about Sicily I think a raised 500 Abarth would be the ideal car. Some of the village roads on the coast are really tight. But overall the Cerda area road is fantastic. It is mostly slow-mid speed going from Cefalu downbound. I have never done northbound section. I would definitely not go to Palermo in a Ferrari. The road up to Etna is worth to try. Also there are known problems in Sicily. Tourist areas and hospitality is great which is not an adjective that I would attach to inland areas. Sometimes it felt like going back in time a hundred years. I would also recommend a visit to Enna. Its geography is quite special sitting on a land shift cliff. Don’t expect anything to work at Catania airport in less than 2 hours. I also learned that there are nominal work roads going on on the motorways that will never be finished because they are financed by EU and the Mafia milks them in between. My best memory is from Taormina area. We went to local restaurant by the sea. I said we want to eat something local and became instantly the owner’s best friends. He was so proud of the local seafood - and for a reason. My Italian friend says the best roads in Italy are in Sardinia. I think you have been in there. Perhaps you should try to connect with Davide Cironi who is the numero uno Italian car vlogger - and overall one of the most interesting with all sorts of car projects going on. When I think of the roads Ive seen in youtube by car vloggers I think the best ones are probably in Spain. Harry the Great did a great journey with his 930 and Catchpole drove some really special road in a GT4 RS. Looks like those roads are “always” empty while the famous passes in Alps are full of tourists. Cironi has done some really good roads in the Toscana area. Seems that Col de Turini and Gap area if you go high enough you can drive in piece. Im sure you know. I remember when you visited my country, Finland, you did all the wrong roads. We actually have some really nice driving roads here but the road conditions are deteriorating like I hear in England too because of lack funds. There is money for green and left but not for the roads.
Don’t be afraid to share your emotions Sam. Especially on the first Father’s Day without your dad. You’re amongst friends. So glad to see a genuine smile on your face. Ed

OMG that engine sounds amazing! Echoing through those mountain roads, it sounds like a race car, angry, and wanting to go faster and faster. I never knew the stradale could sound that good
Amazing video yet again, they just keep getting better and better
2:40 Just look at it ❤❤❤
Thanks for the incredible ride Sam!
Well done Sam, great channel and the hard work and perseverance has paid off. Keep up the great work 👍🏻
Hi Sam, you did it mate. I got my dream car 2 years ago.
No regrets. Just finished paying it off. Its mine, all mine.
Taken a bloody long time to get here. Its been a great journey though. Enjoy it Sam, its been emotional. 👍
That car... that noise... those views... great video! Congrats mate!

Great video mate. Congrats on meeting your hero ! always look forward to seeing and hearing your content !
To this day since I first heard this car on here I've loved everything about it and wish I could potentially drive or even own a 360cs one day. What a video. Definitely my dream car.
Congrats Sam!!! I’m a subscriber since the beginning not on the very first video beginning… amazing to see your jorney since back then!
I totally get that feeling! Bought my "dreamcar" 6 months ago and I am enjoying every moment with it!
Enjoyed this Sam, have been watching since your Audi TT days! Would love to see a collaboration between you and Cars with Luke! Cheers, Kevin
