This is the same cactus model as the previous tutorial (goo.gl/keazUZ) I think I made the process clearer and easier. 😁

▸ 1 or 2 sheets of square paper
(17.5 x 17.5 cm)
Flower:
▸ 1 sheet of square paper
(1/4 (quarter) the size of paper used for cactus)(8.75 x 8.75 cm)
▸ Scissors (or not if making traditional flower)

This is absolutely adorable!! Although I do wanna point out that the flower is a fourth of the cactus, not half the size
The area is 1/4 the size, but in terms of the dimensions of the sheet of paper, the flower's dimensions (length of each side) are half the size. For example, with a 20cm x 20cm sheet of paper, the area would be 400 cm squared and have a perimeter of 80 cm. A 10cm x 10cm square sheet of paper would have an area of 100 cm squared and a perimeter of 40 cm. She is referring to the perimeter, which was divided by 2, not the area.
oh boi the 'fold it into a star' part (around 8:20) almost made me lose my cool!! so tricky but managed to do it, thanks for the whole tutorial i am proud of what i have done :))

woww....I made the box...and the cactus....but I could not make the flower....but loved it....so nice...many said that the masu holder was hard....but I slowed down the video and did it....sooo happy....new sub😍😍😍😘😘

I folded this cactus following the first video, but the holder taught in this video helped a lot because I couldn't hold the cactus inside the vase with "small ball papers".

Hello there! I have a problem.. I can't connect two parts of cactus. How did you do that? I can see the cut in this fragment of the video sooo did you use super glue? haha ;p
I have the same issue, the top part just doesn't fit over the lower part. They said they used the same paper size twice, but maybe it would work if the top part was a little bigger. Otherwise I have no clue how this could work at all.

Good tutorial! didn't work out for me though... Made the two exact same pieces, they fit into each other but they didn't hold onto each other. No cactus for me.. 😅
At the risk of angering the gods of origami, a dollop of glue would fix that :)

Once again I failed to put the two cactus parts together because the description didn't say that you can not use tant paper. I won't try this a third time.
Can you slow it down between 9:00 and 9:10 when you make the top! It's confusing to watch 😑

I have made a dozen or so for Christmas presents but I just can't manage the one you pop on top of the other. You are way too fast explaining the steps and I would appreciate if there might be a slower or newer version of the steps. Anyone else got a problem or any tips how I could manage?

At the end of making the top piece, after we push the middle in, you flip it over and so something with the ends. However it is so fast I cant seem to figure it out can anyone help me?

Hello! I made this cactus, but the top cactus didn't fit with the bottom cactus. Anybody else have this problem?
You can have this problem if your fold at 7:21 wasn't folded up to the right point. If your paper is thicker, maybe fold it a tiny bit higher. 😀
