The real problem is, people have lost any purpose or meaning in their lives. With their personal life and in the work they do. Most of us don't have anything fulfilling that we do and hence we go out to search for things and actions that make us feel that we did something meaningful. So we pretend to care about people whom we don't understand and feel like revolutionaries. Unfortunate that society as a structure has made us so hollow.

The thing with Sonu Sood is that, some time back an Indian high court ordered investigation into "how was he getting all these resources while there was a shortage". And now recently he became a sort of ambassador of a political party. So people are saying that all of the 'helping' stuff was to build a good image of Sonu Sood. He may soon be seen advertising for the party or contesting for elections.

Cancel Culture is just a modern word for Outcasting someone..
You cancel someone who does something on twitter that you don't like.. in old times people would Outcaste a certain person who may have done something that the society doesn't approve..
Outcasting got old so people came up with a new word "Cancelled"
People still uses the term 'outcast' when one is being ostracized from the social elements, like friends, families, etc. It happens in reality, in person.
Cancel culture, on the other hand, is used in the digital sphere, like the internet and/ or social media.
I really don't feel 'outcast' has become old- school for people to instead using 'cancel culture.'

Carry's content has matured so much with time
Ah, now I understand this video after watching 3 to 4 times, so, basically, an influencer (who can be anyone a person, or any organization, etc.) who hates and try to cancel or ban (by using their community) those people who post and say truth (any kind of truth which can expose the corrupt person, maybe that person is celeb, politician, etc.) on platforms like twitter, etc. and when public find all of this, then public cancel or ban that influencer (who tries to ban or cancel those people who say truth on platforms like twitter, etc.). And this is called social media cancel culture. This is the summary and whole point of this video.
1. In, his video sonu example is a fan came to sonu sood for some help (idk what help), and sonu made him wait for 15 min. (I don't know so much about it and I even don't know if it was happened or not, but I think this the case).
2. At the end, when cup is fall down from the hands of carry and breaks, it means that the influencer (any individual, or organization, or celeb, or politician, etc.) who use their population (specially youth, because they are immature and directly or indirectly help that influencer by their immature emotional anger on platforms, like, twitter, etc.) for growing and spreading their cancel culture, expose themselves and the cancel culture created by them, and then, public after knowing all of these things, cancel cancel culture and those so called influencers.
3. In his video, where he says that he don't treat his employees as dogs and actually treats them as his dogs, actually those so called influencers do that, they only say that they don't treat their community as dogs but actually treats their community as dogs.
Carry's time off after the strong cancel carry movement has actually given him time to think and expose the dark truth behind this "social media justice" thing, Even now when he is trying to get back into the TH-cam scene there are so many people who just want to drag him down by any means.(eg someone recently filed a criminal complaint against him )

To be honest, Sonu Sood was actually caught with his fake "helping" stories since the accounts that demanded help from him were location-traced to his own company's office. Plus, new accounts got formed on twitter JUST for demanding "help" from him, posting stock photos of people in danger or something like that. I agree that he did actually help a lot of people during covid, but most of his works after that were nothing more than PR stunts.
About the toxic cancel culture, I agree that it sucks.
Sort comments by new on that video, people are just cursing at him for trying something new. People just don’t want to embrace growth.
They just want him to abuse and roast others all the time...I don't think they realize people do change and also a new approach sometimes does not harm anyone

People just want everything to be “palatable” to their idea of how someone should be and like you said the people that said carry cursed a lot are now ironically the ones that want him to abuse others, maybe people just like acting as if they want change but in reality they are fine with current pace of the world. Have you been living under a rock? People get cancelled all the time. Half of last year was about cancelling Bollywood, James Gunn got cancelled for tweets made a decade ago, me-too cancelled AIB, Phantom, and many actors(some of whom deserved it, but some didn't and were targeted nonetheless). The court of public opinion doesn't ask for proof, it just passes judgments and the frustrated masses eat it all up.
