Man i get these agates out of the Withlacoochee that are super fractured but freaking GORGEOUS and chock full of tiny druzy holes. i'll be making jewelry from those but yeah, the whole rock is solid and can be just about any color. Really cool stuff just needs to be chopped and polished. If it falls apart then no problem, got some really nice beads for jewelry then. I have several that are like that. One is blue, fading to white from outer to inner and some red, dark orangey ones. Really beautiful rocks.
I sure look forward to your videos! I lost my husband of almost 50 years two days ago, and you still made me laugh out loud! Thank you, Taylor! You got some real beauties there!
They are all beautiful to see. I like some of the quartz ones as well. They look like ice. I'm always amazed at how different each side can be from the other in just the width of the blade. Have a great weekend Taylor.
Lets get to cutting, these are beautiful, botswolli, botswolli, what have we got in here? Your excitement when you get the good ones is awesome and i love the laugh. from texas
The black fuzzy dot was all over the place! I'm a retired nurse and found your little floor display of shocking your heart entertaining! Fun cutting session.
It’s always such a treat to get my notification for another session with you. Beautiful agates. Such a shame that so few are premium but still fun to share in your excitement
Yea I like the botswali agates but mine came out the same way lots of fractures some just cloudy but some were so beautiful. Thank you for sharing those with us. That's awesome
The timing on this is perfect! My first box ever of botswali’s came in yesterday and I got to have my first mini freak-out about some of the bands and colors being teased. My first agates ever and I get to cut Monday! Ahhh!
You had me at: Today we are going to cut ..... !!! I knew we were up for a good time, and your botswali agates did not fail to deliver! LUCKY YOU !!!! I cannot see how anyone could stay in the glooms when you get so much enjoyment from what you share with us?
I look forward to each new video, and I am never disappointed! I know you aren't a real quartz fan, but I loved that last one you cut. Since it was such a large stone, could it be cut into thin slices? They would make beautiful pendants!!
Very nice and stunning agates they are all so beautiful and pretty design keep up the excellent work Taylor hope you and your family have a wonderful bless week
Hi, Taylor! Agree with you, this rock No.4 can knock down any agate lover. 😃 It's so perfect. What a fantastic ending of the day! I "voted" for Botswali agates video. Thank you so much.💗
Oooooh boy …just a minute I have to get fresh coffee!! Oh yes HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY……!…..everything is premium because it’s like the excitement in the wild and bringing a bucketful of optimism home!
Botswali agates only come from Malawi, but they look like the agates that come from Botswana. Hence the fusion of the names. I already showed a video of these pieces a few weeks ago and there will be another one about them next Friday.
Gosh… I love them!! 😍 I worked in a factory, and I did not have the strength in my hands, nor the coordination to use the Cab King sanders, lol. I recently found some nice colored agates.. peach, purple, pink tones. They glow so nice with the gem torch. I’d be happy to just get a tumbler and polish them. Great video!! Awesome pieces. Can’t wait to see more 🫣😄🥰
Interesting. I love when they have geode pockets. I know what you meant when you said hopefully the big one isn't all quartz... but agate is a type of quartz.... it made me laugh.
ive always wanted to see your reactions, and the split cam at the last agate was a goood call! more of that hopefully! great video, love your content so much!
dude, seriously? the second one may have not been a stunner but look at the way you were able to cut so that dark inclusion was all on one side. your skill for opening them is phenomenal. i am amazed every time. question. i have a cut stone and when wet, i can see howard the duck within. could i somehow get it to you for polishing to bring it fully out? 🤷♂ thanks for the videos
Love all the pretties. Even the fractured ones. Couldn't you just re-cut the broken fracture sides and sell those? A quarter piece has some value also. Can't wait (but will be) to see the rest!
Oh funny😅 I was just getting ready to ask what you do with the duds and you then mentioned them. lol. Love these beautiful cuttings. Thanks for sharing
I hate you Agate Dad. I hate you because you have shown me the beauty of agates, and inspired me enough to go chasing agates myself. And although I have found agates close from where I live in France, and have been able to borrow a lapidary saw, I just had a bunch of "really not good agates" 😭 Jokes aside, I had a great time looking for my own rocks, and was really excited everytime I have found one. I loved trying to open it, and hope that one day I'll find something as beautiful as some of your agates 🙏! Keep making your videos, keep laughing of excitment each time it's an amazing one, and keep having fun 😘
The area they came from must have been really sandy at one time with all that quartz. Well you know if you don't cut then we can't love um. Happy hounding.
Fun session, unfortunate the yield is so low. So, basically, you pay $50 to get a pound of nice agates, one pound out of a ten-pound bag? Well, I'll get two bags and play the inexpensive agate lottery! Thanks for sharing and thank The Gem Shop for being upfront on the yield!
Beautiful colors, although I liked the little geode best. Have you ever polished just the banded window(?) on the outside of a rock with a disappointing interior?
I think that one you were disappointed with, the bigger one. I thought it was beautiful. It looked like frozen corral was in it. Sometimes what you don't like is beautiful to someone else. If I had the money I would definitely buy that rock.
Agate Dad, love your videos but l feel you could take them to the next level by adding geographical maps and other locational information with some historical background as well. Good luck. ❤
There was an agate near the end of cutting that had a nice window, but nothing at the center cut. Could you make another cut nearer the window to get bands?

So, I just saw this picture of an agate from Argentina, I think they called it a crater agate. I really think you would love those.
Why the inside are all different if the stones are from the same place?
I sure look forward to your videos! I lost my husband of almost 50 years two days ago, and you still made me laugh out loud! Thank you, Taylor! You got some real beauties there!
My heart is with you, and I’m praying for you to experience peace that transcends all understanding, in Jesus name.
I am praying for your courage and peace also.
Praying for you so sorry for your loss❤❤❤
You are so strong and amazing ❤ I am sorry for your loss and wish you peace and comfort. And laughter and joy 🌈🌞
I'm so sorry for your loss. Wishing you and your family peace. 🙏
The Agates are very beautiful and the colors are nice❤❤❤❤❤
My twin sister and I watch all of your videos! Thank you for posting!
Dude got my first rock tumbler...im excited to see how it goes.!!
Lying on the floor "charging" yourself. You are a delight to watch. Did you do a lot of plays in school?
I wanted to but I had a "traumatic" experience when in the play "Princess and the Pea" in Kindergarten and I was told I was going to be the pea. lol
They are all beautiful to see. I like some of the quartz ones as well. They look like ice. I'm always amazed at how different each side can be from the other in just the width of the blade. Have a great weekend Taylor.

That beauty vitrtually "floored" you, LOL !!!! Love your antics and yes you bring me joy. ❤❤❤❤
😂 I’m so glad you get joy from it!
The black fuzzy dot was all over the place! I'm a retired nurse and found your little floor display of shocking your heart entertaining! Fun cutting session.
I just love your channel and you are so sweet and funny 🤣🤣🤣
It’s always such a treat to get my notification for another session with you. Beautiful agates. Such a shame that so few are premium but still fun to share in your excitement
These are all beautiful in their own way. Love watching your videos. I learn a lot and I smile even more. Thank you for being you!😊
I’m glad it makes you smile 😊
Yea I like the botswali agates but mine came out the same way lots of fractures some just cloudy but some were so beautiful. Thank you for sharing those with us. That's awesome
Many of those "duds" were still very pretty! Interesting mix of the greyish blue and white. It's like looking under water!
The timing on this is perfect! My first box ever of botswali’s came in yesterday and I got to have my first mini freak-out about some of the bands and colors being teased. My first agates ever and I get to cut Monday! Ahhh!

yes you have the love it takes to make this hobby a LIFE ....thank you!!
Red in agates is so pretty.
I look forward to each new video, and I am never disappointed! I know you aren't a real quartz fan, but I loved that last one you cut. Since it was such a large stone, could it be cut into thin slices? They would make beautiful pendants!!
Love that you're doing video of these! Pretty sure I've only seen them on Agatebay before. He and you, are my favorites!
Josh is great!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful video.😊
They definitely did not disappoint!🤩
YEY a new vid!! so many good agates... i need just the money to buy em all.....
😂
Very nice and stunning agates they are all so beautiful and pretty design keep up the excellent work Taylor hope you and your family have a wonderful bless week
Love it always a surprise 🏴
I was amazed at the beauty of these stones. Great cuts. Keep having fun and cut, cut, cut! 😮😊
Thanks for watching!
Now that was a real treasure hunt. Those beauties were worth the hunt!
Beautiful, fractures and all! I love your videos! Keep them coming! Thanks for sharing! 😊
The little one that had amazing bands on the outside, but nothing on the inside... What the heck!
You always bring a smile to my face! 😊
Love watching your videos. You get so excited when you cut open an awesome agate. It's contagious! 💕😃
Hi, Taylor! Agree with you, this rock No.4 can knock down any agate lover. 😃 It's so perfect. What a fantastic ending of the day! I "voted" for Botswali agates video. Thank you so much.💗

I was hoping you'd cut them next! Beautiful! 😊
You got spectacular agates in this batch. Your enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you for sharing your love of agates.
Oo goody, goody, goody! Happy dance!😂❤
Really enjoy seeing you cut less and do the polishing!
Taylor,
Having only a few really good Botswana agates makes it more exciting, eh?
Cheers,
Rik Spector
The studs were awesome. You know? It’s the fun of the hunt, the unknown and the reward of surprise. Keep laughing, joy is hard to find sometimes 🌻
the defibrillator lmaoooo
I think getting 10% good/premium agates is pretty good. Especially for something that isn’t insanely expensive.
Absolutely!!
Botswali agates only come from Malawi, but they look like the agates that come from Botswana. Hence the fusion of the names.
I already showed a video of these pieces a few weeks ago and there will be another one about them next Friday.
I actually love the last agate you cut open. I'd love to have that personally cuz I love when quarts pockets get filled in with more agate
You should travel to the Dugway geode beds in Utah and look for thunder eggs and Geodes and cut them for all to see...
That’d be fun!
Fractures that show but don't break add to the appearance of some of them. Lots of fun to watch! You are living the dream!
Yayyyy🎉🎉🎉🎉
WAKE UP DAD POSTED AGAIN 🗣🗣🗣 (its 12 am and i have to be up at 5 30...)
Glad you got some beauties from your first batch and looking forward to seeing more. That parallax banding really is incredible. ❤
Thank you Agate Dad 🙏🏻
The quartz look so cool! Like brains
Gosh… I love them!! 😍 I worked in a factory, and I did not have the strength in my hands, nor the coordination to use the Cab King sanders, lol. I love these! Please cut some more.....the element of surprise is awesome. 🤗
The red band is beautiful
I never knew they were new to the market, I’ve been buying and cutting these for over a year now
Some good ones yes!!!!
I'm happy to see a new video!
These are all spectacular. 🎉
You should do a polishing video as a follow up. I love to see the finished product!!
Watch until the end lol
The left side of the second one kinda looks like a waterfall. You got some gorgeous ones!
Addicted to these vids! ❤
Nice!
I have been waiting for you to cut these!
I love the music!!!!!the rocks, and the defibrillator lol
I'm so excited for these!😁
Beautiful agates. I really enjoy watching your videos

I love the blue one
Hilarious! Love the defib moment. Beautiful bands.
Yes totally happy
תודה ❤❤❤

I love these videos. Truly stunning ❤❤❤

opening sequence...mommy wow! you're a big kid now:)
Oh funny😅 I was just getting ready to ask what you do with the duds and you then mentioned them. lol.

The first one from the second batch looks like ghost bands!
A dose cheer and rocks make the day great. Thanks!
I’m glad you enjoyed it!
I always do. The concept may be simple but the application is great. Hip hip hurray for rocks.
It’s fun though :)
@@AgateDad That's why I bought 20 lbs! And I used your discount code too!
Beautiful!❤
I ordered some so can’t wait to see this
Awesome!
I love rocks of all kinds
Always beautiful surprise 👍😊
The red would be premium with a nice floater and no fractures.
The one at 7:38 is really nice!
The one at 7:38 is my favorite!
Beautiful colors, although I liked the little geode best. Have you ever polished just the banded window(?) on the outside of a rock with a disappointing interior?
Joy! Joy! Joy!
Yay!

Gotta tumble the "duds"!
😂😂😊❤❤ YAHOO! A new video! 😂 I LOVE this TH-cam channel. Xox ❤
There was an agate near the end of cutting that had a nice window, but nothing at the center cut. Could you make another cut nearer the window to get bands?
What was the initial selection process going from the bag to the smaller retangular tub?
Perhaps you should look at highland park lapidary for some nice stock.
I have before, didn’t get anything
When you resuscitated yourself with agate paddles...LOL💥
😅
