Technically there is a law that makes it illegal for a man to stare at a woman for longer then a certain amount of time, which is different depending on the state but it's generally referred to as the "ogling law". As a police officer we would use this law against perverts, stalkers and pedophiles.

I don't know about you, but when I feel like I'm in danger or a sketchy situation, I also like to put my headphones in on full blast so I can't hear anything because I'm a massive f***ing idiot too.
Man... that story with the car guy really struck a chord with me. I've been a car guy my entire life, since I was a little kid. Unfortunately, being the only child of elderly, disabled parents has completely screwed my hobby. I currently have a half dozen derelict cars scattered all over town that I could never finish due to my mom's household projects, or my dad's gardening projects. Last December my dad passed away at age 90. So now I'm stuck with cleaning up decades of his hoarding, so the cars are going to sit even longer now. Sigh... a few times I've actually asked God if he hated me for some reason.

Something about the first story confuses me: He lives on the 3rd floor, he meets wife on patio.Asshole is behind a fence, hiding behind a fence and gets to the patio. Did he get into the building? Did the guy sneak into the building?
