Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious and easy chicken recipe. Pan-fried chicken thighs in tomato and vegetable sauce is a very tasty, satisfying and healthy second course. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and you will please the whole family! Just a few simple ingredients are enough to prepare this delicious chicken. Very simple recipe and anyone can prepare it! - 6 chicken legs
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 peppers
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 glass (1 cup) of tomato pulp
- 200 ml (1 cup) of cream
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil, butter
