Hello. 2016 Mercedes Metris. Front passenger seat belt was replaced but I was told the battery needed to be disconnected before uninstalling the old one. New one installed and now the airbag warning dash light is lit. What do I do ? Light was not on prior to uninstalling old belt and replacing with a new belt.
My roof bags show that they are defective. They did not deploy and all the other ones have been repaired/replaced. The module has been replaced and updated to the vin so I am at a little bit of a loss. What would you advise?

I got this same code but driver side “B48/1 Driver Side Frontal Sensor or Cable Fault” I replaced the Sensor and still cannot reset the light. I guess there is a Cable problem. Could you help me pinpoint where to check please? 2008 S550. Thanks in advance
I've had a mouse in my engine bay and although the mouse has been caught I have the same fault code so believe it's chewed a sensor prior to it's demise. I nkw need to get the vehicle on a ramp to trace the cause
So I have to take it to some who has the scanner. I wish I had one. Thanks for the info
