I arranged and programmed all the MIDI by ear from the original soundtrack recordings in Cubase, and mixed and mastered the pieces myself.

A mixture of things, sample libraries from pianobook, eastwest opus and some spitfire libraries. The reverbs were stock Cubase effects :]
