God, I love the bit at 5:35. An interesting riff that connotes espionage and duplicity is completely shut down by an abrupt orchestral effort. It kind of gets going again, but is thwarted once more. What a strangely humorous addition to this track.

I've listened to this like hundreds of times and only now Ive come to pay attention. From the first 2 to 3 minutos into the song, there are ticking clocks noises everywhere.
Dream shifting, basically the idea is that the dream is like a safe that is being opened and delved into. Plus the other theme of Time being relative to the dreamer/ person outside so that's why it's all over the place.
Blade Runner type sounds! Did you know, Hans Zimmer loves the soundtrack Blade Runner by Vangelis?! And guess what, later on Zimmer does the score to Blade Runner 2049 that released in 2017!
