Both can be customized, so you can pretty much set them back to what you had before. In control center, just long press and resize them how you want. In photos, go to the bottom to customize, and uncheck all those random albums. (You might want to keep Utilities and/or Media Types checked because those are actually useful.)

when i use the shortcut method for changing app icons , all the apps i have changed icons goes back to the last app i customised. i recently updated to ios 18 , is anyone else facing this issue?
