Awsome restorations Restoration forklift truck old broken | Restore lifting machine Hydraulic oil rusty
Hello to the next video on my restoration channel. In this video I was sent by a friend to a forklift. They are in very old condition without lifting function. When the car was driven by hydraulic oil, it was great that it did a good job. The car was back to its original working state.

If you've never rode one of those like a scooter throughout the warehouse then you're truly not a man lol
Many times. The older models weren't as top heavy and were better for sliding around corners.
Bit hard to steer haha
And clipped a pallet, and gone over the top!
when i worked at somerfield stores we had 2 and used to race them around the warehouse, fun times.
at work we used to call them "pump trucks" is that not what they're called?
We called em Pallet Jacks and man our warehouse was almost a perfect oval and we would swing them around the corners lol.
I use to call it Jack Drifting lol
TOP RESTORATION JOB WILL ALWAYS GIVE A GOOD LIFT NICE COLOR CHOICE.
I work at a grocery store as a night stocker and we use these every night. Funny thing is we have more broken pallet jacks than ones in actual working order. Anyway, great video.
I’m a forklift tech and can tell you, with the labor price we charge, plus traveling for parts. Almost anything being fixed will cost more than a new pallet jack
Wow, a restoration that's not totally fake, rare event on that channel!
That pallet Jack sure had a lot more parts than I thought it would... Nice job.. Take a couple bucks and get you a decent work bench and get your work up off the ground.. again, nice video...
When I used to work in a supermarket I used to unload trucks with a palette jack just like that one, wow that brings back a lot of memories, 40 years ago
Forklift truck????? You mean pallet jack!!!!!!!
Cca 2000 i used to work in an electronics store, carying boxes with dvds, coffemakers, dusters, with forks like this.
On the way back to the storage area, i used to ride them like a foldable scooter. 😂
Fun days.
Foi a melhor restauração que vi no TH-cam, parabéns, muito bom seu trabalho. Aqui é do Brasil.
Interesting project. I really didn't know a pallet jack had so many parts. Thumbs Up
It's called a pallet truck
@@niteblaster1 I've always been told pallet jack so I guess it's got different names dude, not that hard to comprehend
jarod gould same same same
Over here we call them pallet jacks, great restoration.
Same in Australia 🇦🇺
Well done! That is worth something in a warehouse!
I've seen a lot of forklifts over the years, but this is the coolest one so far. It surpasses by far the one with an Hello Kitty sticker.
thanks you very much. Have a nice day
8.46 nothing screams more dubstep to me the repairing an old pump truck 👌🤛😍
Have used one of these many times and never really considered all the working parts or any kind of restoration. Thanks for this and GREAT WORK !!!!!!!!!!
Τέλεια η κατασκευή του κλαρκ χειρός.
looks simple but a lot of difficult details .. thanks for the video showing me how to remove them
Amazing that you found the bearing for it. Hard work does pay off. Those front wheels, I just bought the all the wheels. The same with the back wheels. Fine job there man. Nice and clean and will last another ten to fifteen years.
Beautiful job bro , excellent work . I used many of those in my day but wouldn't have a clue about restoring one, thanks for sharing this video with us all .
I have alot of experience with what we call "pallet jacks",....and its interesting to see one rebuilt.
Bud White same machine
you have a warehouse scooter by pumping the handles side to side you can get going quite fast and by turning the handle where the wheels are facing the side you have brakes lol try it it's fun
I do so enjoy this channel
Excellent job! Not big on that color but it’s still nice. I thought you’d go with yellow and black... Thanks for sharing😉
Restorating this forklift is very difficult.thank you for nice video
Awesome Rebuild brother.. pallet Jack's are worth 379.00 new from Raymond, you just made yourself a good paycheck. Great job.
Use coffee filters to filter your decreasing solvent, it'll last a lot longer..
Colpisce la professionalità della postazione di lavoro, ma quello che lascia senza fiato è la scelta cromatica !!!!!
What a cool restoration! It is wonderful to see something unusable being brought back to full functionality again! (Just one suggestion: I found your music to be so annoying that I had to turn off the sound... Have you ever thought about not having background music? A lot of us like to hear the general sounds of your work, such as hammering, without music added!)
i agree with you Donna, i like restauration channel with no bckg music to.
But i have see some with and its depend of what music is playing, techno (or similar) its not good for audience, and you need to put volume to be barely ear.
Great job. I just refurbished mine last week. I paid $10 for the jack but it didn’t work so I stripped it down and replaced two seals that cost $10.70 for the pair. Like you all the wheels and grease points got sorted and now for $20.70 I have a pallet jack that will see me out.
I made also made custom pallets out of railway sleepers and put my heavy machines on them and now I can easily move them around.
It’s one of the handiest tools I have. 😂😂
Cheers Stuart 🇦🇺
Sukses buat anda
What make was this pallet jack? Fantastic restoration!
Swietna robota a do tego taki mlody czlowiek
Awesome video very good job I ever think not one complaint
0:57 anyone noticed he was faking the jack wasnt working by holding the little release lever? great dismantle and mantle!!
That style of pump truck hasn't changed over the years. Just slight design changes. Always seems to be the same orange colour.
Love the work u do. Awsome
Awesome video but just a quick tip you can burn the camera sensor by filming the welding arc.
Excelente trabajo lo único que mejoraría sería la postura no trabajar a nivel del piso
Very nice, maybe you should have some thick protection film on the forks to protect that nice paintjob. :)
Very good restoration bro 👍👍👍
Excelente trabajo, felicitaciones!!
Nice work, the result is beautiful, the color is flashy ^^
UTILIZAR SACA PINO PARA REMOVER O PINO ELÁSTICO 06 E NÃO USAR A CHAVE ALLEN, POIS VAI DANIFICA-LA.
I was told 50 years ago that this is a pallet jack . Cool job taking it from junk to a useful
Tool !
we call them pump trucks!
Cool 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻good job walcome back work job used forklift
Не хватает удара по пальцу когда подшипники устанавливал)
That was incredible
Very nicely done! I’d need a hundred pictures to get back together correctly. LOL
I’m sure that’s one of the reasons these you-tubers film it all.
Perfect job,congratulations
Nice works it is difficult to restore but you made it,,, job well done more power 🙂
Greeat job ! This guy is so strong 😮😮👌👌
forklift truck? pallet jack!
Very good
I love
You should get new wheels because these rubber is old, on the bigger wheel there almost no rubber anymore and some of metal things you should changee too
Great job adjusting those front wheels. Other fork is much higher than the other.
A pallet jack. It’s called a pallet jack.
That man knows everything is crazy, I congratulate you brother, I have learned a lot by watching you. Thank you
Do you still have this beautiful restoration? Wow that was some work. Congratulations on a job well done
I couldn't take one of these apart much less put it back together. And you did most of the work on the ground in a squat position. I can't do that either. I was longing for a workbench. Great work and you have a genius mechanical mind.
Well Done job! Nicely Done!
Màu đỏ chuyển xanh ok." Cầu Nguyệt"
Its a pallet jack, not a forklift. But I like the color - that will make it lift more. :D
If only i had access to all these tools
Nhìn 1 phát biết ngay VN .
That was one hell of a challenge. Good job.
A great recovery .. good for lifting
Я в России ее году в 93 увидел первый раз, до этого грузчики на руках таскали ящики)
Good Save on the Pallet Jack.. Peace

Excellent work, sir. My sincerest compliments.
Nice job! Now it will work for another 10-15 years or more :)
Excelente trabalho
Um grande abraço
Good video👌
Well done 👍👍👍. Thanks for sharing
That's not a fork lift, it's a pallet jack. Completely different machine.
Nice job, and I like the color
good job pro
This was an excellent job. 👍💯💞
👍💪forklifting work fine
That was great. I was worried about the colour. but it grew on me by the end. Top Job, nice work.
Very Good Restoration
Hammer vs Bearing!
Chapeau très bon travail
Nice video!! When hammering in a Bearing. Always hit the race where the smallest tolerance is or use a bearing mounting tool. Or you can use the old bearing to absorb some impact.
its a wheel bearing that's never going to go any faster then 5km/h it wont hurt if it was a combine rotor bearing yea don't just hammer that shit in unless you work at a John Deere factory where its SOP to just smash it in.
I agree... his method can cause brinelling of the races .. which is not good even in low speeds. He could avoid it by putting a flat plate on before direct hitting.
good video, glad to see you put in new ball bearings in the wheels only thing I would also do is put a foam strip on the top of the forks as a bit of padding
heavy metal never die!
Magnifique 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Eline sağlık ustam çok güzel olmuş
was very happy when our company went electric a few years ago, never realised how hard we used to work lol
your videos are nice but please no musik
Brilliant job, fair play.
Excellent job.
It's a pallet jack, not a forklift.
El weon kapo ✌🇨🇱
You do know that you can usually just wash plastics with soapy water to get them clean. Try it instead of a wire brush first.
Fantastic grat job its amazing
Great rebuild. Thank you for posting. All my best.
