"Now we consider a rotating frame of reference."
And in that rotating reference frame it’s just a series of stairs
Unfortunately we're going to have to use a polar reference scheme, so you won't be able to use the matrix transformations you've learned thus far.
"Come now, do you really expect me to do coordinate substitution in my head while strapped to a centrifuge?"
@@minhuang8848 I expect you do do it ane LIKE it.
that's the first thing that came to mind 6:18
no GBC creator even comes close to the ingeniousness that is Akiyuki
and the execution
Yes it is amazig
I love how it's calibrated so that the rates of ball pickup and return are about the same.
@@gyozakeynsianism The pick section and return section are going off the same speed input, have the same number of 'cups' being emptied per second, and reliably collect balls at their input
The end was like when the bad guy in anime says, “that wasn’t even my true form”
@@Chris971. they didn't ruin anything
This is the best one yet.
I wonder if someone could build something like this in a game.
zisteau and akiyuki is not a combination i expected to see
@@PeterBarnes2 hmm…maybe factorio🤔
I'm sure many slugs were licked
No, no. The Best one BY FAR
Beautiful!
Jk brick works !!!
The man the myth the legend
Hello
wow jk is here
When this reaches past 1k likes I was here
I already thought it was so mesmerizing to watch at the first part. Then, filming from different angles and making the entire contraption rotate, I almost lost is. Amazing!
Hi .. where I can find the parts
Pick a brick
this is so satisfying to watch :o
Almost? I fully lost it
I have nothing more to add :D it is totally mesmerizing
The whole world : Keep It Simple.
Akiyuki : Hold my Sake.
The master is back! Excellent module!
From a mechanical engineer to another: this is incredible! Excellent work! And ingenious ideas! I cannot imagine how many hours it took to design the stationary core with the rotating base. It looks fantastic. Congrats!
Brazil?
@@Symbolic-qk8nl and ? Your point is ?

@@Symbolic-qk8nl And? what about it?
Lego is the reason why I decided to became engineer
“Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” Arthur C. Clarke
Dude you’re simply a wizard at this point xD Amazing work as always !
I like how you showed the individual components while slowly putting the whole contraption together. It certainly improves the video experience!
It’s always so hypnotizing when the whole contraption rotates and it appears the rings are stationary, yet they’re changing angles! Well done!
You sir have outdone yourself.
once again, akiyuki proves his absolute dominance of the art form
Absolute genius. Watch to the end!
Absolutely amazing LEGO engineering. It's really a masterpiece!
I already thought it was genius and then I got to 6 minutes 🤯 omfg
Always taking it to the next level! I love the rotational view to really show how the levels interact! Very well built and demonstrated!
1 Ring: Oh that's cool, though a bit tame for an Akiyuki device.
2 Rings: Ahhhhh, there we go, that's more like it.
5 Rings: ALL HAIL THE INFINITY ENGINE.
The first two rings are defining the concept, which is ingenious - the other rings, however impressive, are a repetition. And YES, brilliant AND ingenious!
Wow, this is just a brilliant construction! So much creativity and technical skill in this build.
6:05 I actually shouted out "No way!"
Mindblowing work!!
things like this would go so well in an art museum! imagine a room just full of contraptions like these and you can just watch them all day!
This video was so well edited. It was awesome seeing the progression of ideas advance and improve.
First upload in 6 months.
Finally.🥳
Yes, I have also been waiting soooo long.
When you stated to play with the rotating platform I was really impressed ! Great job 👏
Just amazing! It was already great, then they add another component to counter the rotation which gives it a totally different effect. I agree with others, this is one of the most interesting GBCs yet.
Wow, every creation you make!!! Every one is my favorite. We learn so much from your ideas!!!
Absolute genius! No words to express how good this is.
The reverse spinning of the base was genius representation 🤣 Love it!
"This is cool, a tilted ring. Lets stack it on top of each other."
The pivotal moment in this video is from 1:13 - 1:33: adding and adjusting the second ring to the build - brilliantly done!
Amazingly amazing. Just gets better and better as the video continues. Wow.
Amazing idea to stack the rings vertically.
W O A AA W
!! ! ! !
I want a Real elevator that works like that, could be a flat ride for amusement park
I'm a sucker for modular designs like this. Easy to maintain, easy to calibrate, easy to replace parts. Wonderful.
Downright spectacular. The gears and framework needed to make all those rings spin at a tilt is amazing. Respect++
I lost my mind when he showed the second contraption
I showed this to my friend and he was like "what's the point it just moves balls around" I nearly slapped him but then I remembered he's an English major and not an engineer, bless his little heart 😒
Give him an example: cut his balls 🙈
Just tell him this might useful on production line. Its literally moving objects around to each processing station.
Engineering at its finest! The movements are graceful and it looks beautiful!!
The stationary rings version is awe inspiring. The movement of each arm is so elegant. Nice touch to highlight it in the video.
The glorious return
横から見た絵にすごい機能美を感じました。お見事!
My mind was blown even further when the rotating base was added. Great work!
Amazing, original, mesmerizing and just plain brilliant!
This can keep going right? How high can you get this before you start needing reduction gears and compensators?
I was going to ask how many layers can it go before the motor starts screaming for the sweet release of death, but I think you phrased it better
Oh, man, can you imagine one of those really high "GBC doorways" made with one of these?
Can we see a opposite rotating coil around the out side to self feed?
"It is beautiful. i have been watching this for 5 hours now."
Oh My Goodness - This is so Amazing and Mesmerizing. Thank You for building and sharing.
So cool!!! Seeing your gizmos make me feel like a kid again, in awe.
Return of the King
Yes
@@John.p97 Nope. The king will return soon.
You are genius, right?
Wow! Incredible design - and it all seems to work so flawlessly!
This is the most satisfying Gbc module i ever seen! 😱INCREDIBLE!😱😍

This is amazing! What wonderful engineering. And the full rotation near the end!
simply fabulous! I could watch it all day.
Amazing piece of work in terms of the visual aspect. Elegant.
I have seen quite a few of these gadgets, but this one is among the most aesthetically pleasing. Well done.
Wow, this is really great and impressive. Things just kept getting better.
Incredible work! I could watch this all day.
Great engineering! Please make more like these. They're very inspiring .
So complex yet so smooth! Fantastically well done!
Wow this leaves me with no words to describe just how incredible this is!
The spinning end section just blew my mind! Awesome!!
You blew my mind with the first concept,...
Then shattered what was left of my mind with the 2nd concept.
The beauty and perfection of movement that should be merchandised is amazing!
That is marvelous!
I am impressed with the rotating ball exchangers. That's a mechanical marvel.
Ok, this was already incredibly impressive, but the spinning part is absolutely jay dropping and mesmerizing to watch!
This is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Period!
Just Amazing and beautiful! Congrats!! My fav ever!!
I love these lego balls contraptions they are so amazing, especially your contraptions
Well, this is amazing for sure. One of your best creations in my opinion.
I was so surprised to see the notification! Thank you for making a new video!
thats a beautiful amount of synchronization
Blown Away!!! Mesmerizing to say the least.
i really love the method of clocking the wheels together, or "timing" them i suppose. seems super simple, great design.
Very nicely put together video and very entertaining as well. Thanks for posting this.
Exquisite mechanism. Bravo!
Wow!
That just looks so satisfying!
That top angle looks so cool
The most beautiful thing is: everything is so clean. Not even a stain. Look at that pure white background. It is like heaven.
You truly are the best! I was glad to see the popup that announced your new video.
That's the best GBC module i've ever seen i think. Amazing!
Just a brilliant piece of engineering and creativity. You can have form and function.
That's just brilliant, that is. And fascinating to look at!
My brain just melted🥴 That is absolutely fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I had to subscribe.
Glad to see you are back in the GBC game again. Great work!
Absolutely awesome! This must be your best yet!
I always wanted to make something like this. You're a man after my own heart. Keep it up!
Boy that marble machine XX is coming along splendidly.
my god this is amazing again! keep up the good work!
This is the most satisfying video about lego engineering I've ever seen.
Mesmerizing and amazing as always.
I'm lost for words! That is amazing!!
I just love everything about this
the use of the torque transmitter to also serve as a phasing alignment tool is Pretty Cool.
and I love how the bindly rotor is also used as a sludge pump!
It's so sophisticated, it feels like a manifestation of madness - in the best possible way, of course.
Absolutely astonishing!
Awesome contraption. And those basketballs are adorable.
This is nothing short of amazing!! What I wouldn't give to have the plans and bricks to make this myself.
That someone could create this is baffling. Truly ingenious!
