Does Doppler colour generally indicate malignant growth? Or can healthy ovaries/ovarian benign growths show some Doppler colour?

Hi. Doppler colour is not the same as the lesion being malignant. Benign corpus luteum (ovulation) has very strong colour, as does a turbo-ovarian abscess ....and some cancers have no colour (if necrotic) You use Doppler in IOTA Simple Rules - have a look at that video :)
