Among many other things that make this podcast amazing is the fact that the seating is perfect. When there's 2 people on one side of the table it makes it much worse. Tringle like yall have it is perfect.

I just watched Sean vs DDP what a fight. Those 2 battled 5 rounds harder than any 2 I’ve seen in UFC.
I realized yesterday when I listened to two of these back to back, that this has basically become my main MMA pod. Rogan's isn't fun anymore bc half the time, he's like that old uncle who keeps repeating himself, talking over the guests, and steering the conversation into stale political arguments. Good balance here between the grizzled vet Rampage and the thoughtful, but down to earth Sheckler, who bounce off each other and draw the best out of their guests. I would say that I hope you guys blow up, but I feel like that's inevitable. So instead I'll say, I hope you guys stay as cool as you are now when it happens.

Xtreme Couture MMA Gym had a lot of coaches and trainers come and go. One coach sadly passed away (RIP Robert Follis). I'm glad they got Coach Nicksick. Not sure how true this is but apparently he started off as a BJJ student at XC.

@AyAngelchillfoo1315 yes, that was Robert Follis who took his own life and he told Xtreme Couture that he was leaving his coaching position. A couple weeks after that he took his own life.
Robert Follis impacted a lot of other coaches as well like Tim Welch (Sean O'Malley coach) who used to be roommates with him

Eric, Dewey and Tyson needs to get coaches of the year award for exposing Fury. I never thought much about this heavyweight era where nobody actually is fighting each other and they're being praised as the goats, which are lame stuff.
The only thing I wish Francis did was go full out on Tyson in the last 30 seconds of the last round. It seemed like Francis had the energy left to do that and he had nothing to lose in that moment.
I fully support everything here, especially Rampage, but if you need to say that your gold chains are "sweatproof" then someaint right there.
