@@georgef822 Same problem in Australia mate. 35 years ago men had to be MINIMUM 5'10" tall and women 5'8" tall and they both had to pass the same fitness/strength requirements. Nowadays, in the interest of "diversity and inclusiveness" there is different f/s requirements based on gender and age. It's bullshit! They all have to chase and restrain the same crims and jump the same fences. No wonder there is such a high turn-over rate in the job. A lot of them have no idea what they are getting into! I feel sorry for the suitable officers that have to work with some of these kiddies watching their back. They have no physical presence and get a corresponding lack of respect from the people they have to deal with.
