Cutting the video to remove the 10 seconds dead silence after each question isn’t ethical.
There is actually pretty reasonable lag. Less than 1 second. Try it out yourself. We didn’t cut it all out.
Just remember assume makes an ass out of u (and me if I believe your view)
@@wearenocode agree, I test it and lag is not the issue, is less than one second.
Update: Definitely you need to try it out. The lag is now the same as human interaction.

I am new to the AI Voice space and looking to start my own consulting business here in the USA. Question: #1 Would each business client of mine have their own app accounts (Zapier, synthflow, Bland, etc) that they would have to pay for and I would just go in and set them up, or would I have/pay for the app accounts that I use for my clients under my control (my accounts) and I charge them a set-up fee and monthly fee for usage? Thank you in advance for your input.

My recommendation would be for you to bundle the app account + data usage into a service package. Also add a markup for you or your team to spend a few hours per month maintaining the tools. This means the client gets a tool that continues to work as intended and you get recurring revenue
Hmmm interesting. I guess people responded to a lead, so that’s why they got a call from an AI “person.” I would personally be annoyed if I got a call from a fake person to be honest though. I’d probably hang up on an AI person 😂

Very good approach! But your cuts at the demo, to hide the silence because of latency destroyed all references.
I'm testing the app and have found latency is less than 1 second. The thing to improve is that the assistant cuts you off sometimes, which in real world could make a customer kind of angry or uncomfortable

@@wearenocodeThanks, I will be testing and sharing my journey until I have a functional product that can be deployed in production.
Update: The platform has been adding new features, and the system is becoming robust to deploy it to production. The latency is same as human interaction and they will be adding some cool features that give more control.
For us, we have developed a stronger prompt that works much better, need to keep refining it so we can finally use in production, but thanks again Christian for this amazing video.
I've set up the Assistant 2 days ago, everything is connected and configured. The Assistant calls me, but says nothing for 16s until call ends. Support is VERY slow to answer. Any suggestions on how to fix? Can't find tutorials or anything.
Seems like all these AI Voice Assistant are sketchy like Air AI, etc, BUT they seem to work 100% on video tutorials *edit*: got it to work after disconnecting my free Eleven Labs API key and selecting their own Eleven Labs voices. If you're connecting Eleven Labs API key make sure to have a paid account.
That is really weird. I had the opposite experience. Super easy to implement, the AI was almost cutting me off and the support was quick. Are you sure you built it in Synthflow?

Is there a voice AI like 11 lab that can connect to a chat bot provider for responses in conversation? I have a well oiled chat bot with loads of knowledge and want to start using it for voice calls.

Tonality is everything when it comes to phone sales.. the technology is still way off with voice cloning
Do the full Eleven Labs voice setup for your own voice or use and tweak one of their neural voices. You would be surprised how well tone works.
I did that months ago when they offered a monthly subscription for $1. Was not impressed, especially for non-usa accents. They tech is not there yet.@@planetwazza

I think there are lots of use cases, but in general, I would be upfront about it being an AI. People don't like to be lied to.

It's similar to this but cheaper.
While AI is very exciting, and it can certainly help humans, it's far too early to start replacing them. AI will frequently hallucinate when it doesn't know the answer, and it doesn't do the best job of following instructions. In fact, it's down right frustrating to find that perfect prompt that allows the AI to give you the response that you want more often than not. A perfect example is the car company in Iowa that did the same thing. They gave the AI instructions on how to behave, and gave it permissions to sell the vehicles, and create binding contracts. One customer was able to buy a car for $1 because the AI chose to ignore the rules that the car lot specified when it comes to the minimum negotiable amount.

@@pushRECthe call at the end is hard cut. You're not seeing the probably 10-15 seconds of dead air in-between responses from the ai.
@@XHackManiacX Kinda weird the openai smartphone app has a talk to GPT feature and its latency is much lower. Practically non-existent.

For the tests we have done, it's better if you pay and connect the Eleven Labs API, because for example in spanish it doesn't work as well.

Hey Karl, the response time is actually very quick. It even interrupts sometimes. Test it out yourself. We edited parts of the conversation out because it was way longer, but this is no BS. Next time I’ll get the editor to keep it raw. 👍
