Perhaps Neville does not mean “existence will cease to be” when he says “And when all things shall cease to be, I Am”, but instead that Consciousness/the conceiver continues to exist even after any (all) of its conceptions cease to be. And, since “Consciousness is the one and only reality”, this means that reality is eternal (will always exist, as you said) too, just ever assuming different forms.
