Do you do any aura shielding? I have found it to be very helpful. As intuitive people we tend to have porous auras, which means you can access and absorb other people's energy. And a lot of people who are not mindful of their thoughts and aura tend to syphon energy away from us higher vibrational types (people refer to these as "energy vampires" - and they can do this unconsciously). . The practices I do daily to reduce this effect on my high vibrational magnetic aura is to: 1) Cleanse my aura 2) Cleanse my chakras 3) Then put up an aura shield . I have found this works wonders to help even out my mind and spirit and I will sometimes do this process more than once per day. .
