Great spot! I have written the wrong equation. I do a lot of copy and paste when I make the animation and have forgotten to edit this text. The first equation should read x + 2y = 6 🤦♂️
i apent so long redoing the first question thinking im brain dead and stupid for half n hour watched a differnt video and came back and still couldnt do it until i saw you comment. was so confused
Can you pls do arithmetic series questions (S=n/2+(2a+(n-1)d)), tysm. I’m preparing for my level 3 algebra paper next month, I’m desperately looking for some help🥹
Students watching this video ought to be able to factorise really. I will make a factorising video but that is more like a grade 6 skill than grade 8/9. Sorry :(
how is the simultaneous equation u showed in the intro x=2 and y=2...

To those who solve it too 😅
i was just about to comment that to

@@1stClassMaths No but seriously this vid came in clutch for my maths exam tomorrow 😂
I wish you good luck!
@@1stClassMaths thanks!
Please can you show how to find simultaneous equations with a non-linear graph
Hi can you expand on what you mean?
@@1stClassMathslike in an exam if you’re asked to find the answer for the simultaneous equation on the graph but the graph isn’t linear
I don’t understand the factorizing at 5:54 nor at 3:25. where can I look this up to understand?
Search factorising quadratic expressions. I don't have a video on this yet.
thanks brudda

Can you do a level vids pls
I will after I work through GCSE
@@1stClassMaths ok
Where were these videos last year 😩 jk it’s ok
correct me if im wrong but i don't think the solution in the intro is correct.
See pinned comment. I forgot to edit the top equation.
13:55 wouldn't it be y - 4???
Afraid not
what happens when you have 2 different values for x, like is it possible or if you get them then you have done it wrong
In many of these questions there are 2 solutions for x. This is completely fine.
back here again because I have an A level Maths baseline test tomorrow...
At least you should explain how you factorised 😢
