The company seems to have dropped off the radar, though I've played this game 7 times all the way to the end,and I plan to do so many more times. Also if you liked this series is recommend de blob and epic mickey
This game and Deadly Creatures were really good and overlooked.
there is a difference between criticism and downright bashing someone, go for criticism, give a reason why the reviewer sucks because he actually doesnt, his review was brilliant, he told people why we should get this game, he was very informative, very word smart, somewhat funny but not too much, and he even gave suggestions on WHO should get this game and who shouldent, it was solid as can ever be.
I actually forgot this game came out. I remember being really excited for it when I was younger, but I never got the chance to play it. I'm glad to know Las Claypool's work on the soundtrack didn't go to waste, tho, and I'll definitely pick this up when I get the chance.
I really like how original the concept of this game and I would hate an idea this unique to just die off so I really hope they make a sequel with more original and less systematic game-play mechanics. Which is a really naive for me to imagine because this game is about 5 years old.
I hate when people say that a game came a decade too late because it's a platformer. It's still many people's favourite genre. Developers stopped making them but it doesn't mean that it's boring to play.
Stopped making them? You certainly don't own Nintendo consoles, mainly the 3DS. I, as a fan of platformers, have a blast with them on 3DS Wii/WiiU
Tasso Luz Actually, I own all of these consoles. I just think that games like : Scaler, Ty, Super Mario Sunshine, Ape Escape, Spyro, Jak, Banjo Kazooie, and Mushroom Men are becoming really rare today. I like my new consoles but I really miss those games. If you can think of games that play like these platformers I would be really happy to play them.
Samuel Lapointe Spyro games are on wii, also crash games, sonic colors, mario galaxy (wich is better than sunshine IMO), klonoa games, de blob 1 and 2, rabbits go home (wich is a collecting game, like banjo), okami (wich is like zelda, but with platforming),epic mickey 1 and 2, PoP forgotten sands, marble saga.
There are probably others but these are the ones I tried.

I like this as much as ocarina of time, every 3D mario game,and every 3D gta game,and i truely mean that.
the atmosphere is so wied, quirky, mysterious, exciting, and chill at the same time,so is the art style.
ive played this game all the way through 6 TIMES. And i might do it again one day

@@stevenatorbensonica4653 I feel the exact same way about this game. Ever since its release I've always wanted to play it. I just remember seeing the trailer and loved every second of it. The atmosphere, the music, the general cozy vibe of the atmosphere just like you mentioned.
I bought a used Wii like 3 years ago and I also manage to finally pick up a copy of this game - but believe it or not I have not played more than 1-2 hours. I've been waiting for the right time to enjoy it lol, it probably sounds weird but whatever man xD
It truly is quite the hidden gem and I am def planning on streaming this on my twitch channel for the first time in a near future!
I think les claypool did the music. Hes the bass player from Primus.

This game is actually great fun. It's a shame so few people got to play it. If you're a fan of those old-school platformers, like Banjo Kazooie, I think you will really like this game.

I must say i adore this series,I actually started from the beginning with rise of the fungi on the DS.Which took me hell of a while to beat! Though the joy I felt of finally beating that game was insane since it was harder than alien hominid and super meat boy!(in a way)
I loved this game. To me it is another under appreciated gem on the Wii.
I played the SHIT out of this when I was younger and it was so fun.
The one thing I really like about this game is the unique platform for everyday object become obstacles and it's so amazing to find secrets in every corner. If only the game was more polish it would of been a great cult classic Will game which it really is.
I only cared about this game because Les Claypool did the soundtrack.
I really liked it. After being saturated with these games in the nineties and early naughties, there haven't been many Adventure/Platformers in recent years and I really miss them.

Yea the wii's controls ruin alot of the games.i wish EVERY wii game gave you a choice to use the classic controller.

I feel exactly the same way. The wii has TONS of great titles, yet the Wii remote and nunchuck suuuucks. I do think you have the right idea that EVERY Wii game should(ve) come with that option.

I got this game on launch, and i REALLY love it! I just cant get past that trailer level, where you have to make a rocket to follow an enemy.

I hate it when games assume you know what to do, even though what you have to do is some long complicated process.
When I was 9 this game was super fun, but I always thought it was really scary.
looks like a quality game on the wii. this is the kind of stuff that sony and microsoft don't accept in their consoles and that is there loss with all their fps games. anyway don't need people replying and cussing me out about ps3...

I hated Conker. You just walked around, got hit, and came across random stuff. It took me a week to get past the third part. Nothing tells you what to do!

There is now a sequel on Steam, it's very different from the other two though.
I'd hesitate to call that one a sequel. It's a platformer that stars Pax if I am not mistaken.

there is a big difference between marc and him, marc has ist more personalized and a better flow. I don't know if there is a certain style script, however he kinda feels forced into it.

In a way, this game would have been great if you set it right next to Alice. I think that this game probably deserves more of a chance then it's going to get.
