sir am facing a problem that when ever i switch on the machine the after printed the words the black carbon inside that machine comes outside of that barcvode machine.so give me a right solution urgently.
casi me explota la cabeza buscando una solucion y encontre una aunque ya no se enrolla el papel usado pero igual imprime codigo, solo es de usar diagtool y desmarcar los sensores ribbon y head up sensor una vez desmarcado se le da a set, en la esquina inferior izquierda dice get status si aparece ribbon encode4r err, buscar arriba el boton ignore.autobas y darle otra vez a get status y ahi ya sale ready y listo para imprimir
I had same problem too. it was hard to find the solution for this error, so i found the solution myself. Step1, 'Self test' (turn on the printer with pushing 'pause' button. Step2, turn the printer off and turn it on again. Step3, now u can connect the printer with computer after step2, so open 'Diagnostic Tool' and click 'Get button'. Step4, change 'Ribbon Encoder Err.' option to 'Off', and click 'Set' button. Step5, calibrate the printer After these 5 steps, i could print labels without that error. But if you return printer's setting to factory default(Reset), you have to repeat these process again:(
