Steel brake lines are always better and impove the pressure point of the brake. I also have a Magura HC 1 master cylinder on my GSXR 750 L1 and together with Brembo sinter brake pads the brake is much better than OEM with much more brake power.
Just bought a 2008 GSXR 1000 today and going to be doing the same thing chap. Out of interest, what Brembos are they? I imagine they'd be a big improvement over the stock Tokicos?
These are the stock brembos on the ‘L’ modes from 2010/2011 I think models. They do have upgraded pads of an unknown brand but definitely bite better with a little heat. They stop pretty well to be fair
