I don’t remember setting a two way authentication but it is asking the code. I still have my phone and authenticator app that I have always used with me but I am not getting any code on the app. And I don’t have recovery code too. Does that mean I have to revoke my account and open a new one please I need help in this

Hello, I Logged into my account and it asked me for a two-factor authentication that I have never set it on my IRCC account. So I don't have my recovery key and nor I have a 6-digit code and now I am not getting access to my account. So what can I do now?
If you never set-up MFA, then first setup it. You will get all codes once you setup it. Watch my full video to setup MFA. Let me know if you need any-other help. Thanks 🙏🏻

Yes, you can if you have Recovery codes. Just login and click recover account, add one of the recovery codes and then option will come, change authentication method. From there you can add your email address.

Hello @manpreetdhiman8433 Manpreet, you will only receive Authentication code at one place(app, email, device) which you have registered during MFA process. Make sure what you have registered and then look for code.

Does anyone else have your Gc key login details? Any IRCC consultants who has ever used it for your filing? If yes, ask them, may be they have already done it.
