Hi Jacqueline. You can add water. I prefer to only add paint and Glaze for a white wash effect. Completely up to you if you want to water it down more🌷
Hi Sandra, 20-40 minutes between coats are required. Weather, and temperature influences the drying time of paint and paint products. Work in shade, never direct sun light. Lacquer thinners are great to remove labels and label glue
