@wearealltubes when im sad getting slapped by someone close to me is the last thing i want. Ur advice could only work for people who choose to only lay in their bed because they are lazy, not for people that feel tortured doing anything else. If the person making the original comment is actually depressed, he should figure out whats exactly bothering him. Alternatively, whats lately popular, try going on a elimination diet.
@wearealltubes no, you misunderstood me. You say that someone with a real mental illness can be cured with a few slaps in the face, i say its really unlikely and should be avoided.
wearealltubes biggest load of bull. You’ve obviously never been depressed, lucky for you. When does a person “acting like a real depressed person” become an actual depressed person? There are no indicators. People have it in different ways and at different severity’s. I know people that were severely depressed and they even contemplated ending it all, they were the happiest looking, friendliest, helpful, healthy and actively fit people i know. As a Tropical Asian, seeing this is just amazing, I've never experienced winter in my life and probably will not experience it soon. This is all so magical, it's something so different from what I know of nature and it's just a fascination, an itching curiosity to me. Great video!
I live by Chicago in the United States and experience our four seasons. The winter is a special thing, I think it balances a person out. It’s a hardship we all go through, it’s really cold and the days are short and you have to consciously stave off depression. But I think it builds character and gives people a sense of humor. You also get to experience the loud silence that’s caused by a snow storm. When it’s all over and the first sunny hot days of spring happens there is an insane amount of happy energy everywhere
Its actually not that crazy of a thing to do and has been around quite a while, you might feel bad at first but you can easily adapt to such temperature for a certain while. Just look up Wim Hof, the guy climbed like 2/3 of mount everest in nothing but boots and light sport shorts, he also was in the Polar Ocean for a minute without his body temperature changing. (He also succesfully teaches others how he does that, there is an interesting Vid on Yt to that topic) Or in Iceland its tradition at many places to take a dip in the ice cold sea water after a workout or any kind of heavy work. people adapt to the cold pretty well, the biggest failure most do is breathing wrong and getting emotional. Just relax and take the moment in, take deep breaths and realize youll be okay. As for the history of Iceland, the first settlers there were Norsemen ("Vikings") who havent really had any strangers for neighbours for a few centuries, the Icelandic language even still is almost 100% proto nordic. So many of these views and traditions come from some of the most native branches of germanic people there are, all this has been around for a long time.
Haven 't you dummies heard of the Polar Bear Club and ice baths? People by the hundreds do this shit every year. And they usually have much thicker ice to get through. Which means it 's colder than this.

I started cold baths/shower yesterday. Watching this video is truly empowering others to face their fears. Living beyond the comfort zone is expansion, learning, growing, feeling ALIVE!
Come on it is just an excuse to show off her body and get views. It has nothing to do with 'spiritually'. All it was, was a woman walking into cold water and giving an overly dramatic narration of it.
@@nigefal That literally makes no sense. If you watch her channel it has nothing to do wither her wanting to show her body. And even if it did, what's the harm? You clearly don't know what true spirituality is.
You couldn't have expressed it better, and this is exactly how I feel too. "Life truly begins outside our comfort zone" is the perfect phrasing for something I was trying to find the right words for. I live in Southern France, on the Mediterranean sea. Many people think that living there is heavenly because it's always sunny, it's not too cold in the winter (it gets really hot in summer though I hate it), and life here is overall comfortable. But I've felt more and more... bored of it? There is no challenge, no freezing cold nor snow that gives you constant challenges in life. I dream to live in a place with the cold, snow and these daily challenge like what you face in your videos. It gives so much more life, to life. I've recently started going into icy waters every morning and it makes me feel so alive. I love the cold.
I tell you one thing who ever filmed her did an excellent job, the beauty of that place with such a tranquility the sound of that peaceful music and her voice, it was as if I was watching a movie but it was only the beginning, I can't wait to see more of it..I'll say (to be continued)🤠📽️🎥🎬🎦
So inspiring .... I have never dared to try ice bathing, even though I live in Sweden. However, the inspiration I find in this video is the part about moving outside of your comfort zone ... That can mean so many things, it doesn't have to mean to jump into icecold water! No, it can be anything that feels unfomfortable to face in my daily life!! Thank you, Jonna, for holding up a challenging mirror!! ...
This is an important lesson for the Winter. The dark can make you depressed. You can’t let weather take you down. You have to Get out of bed and face the day. Your very spiritually wise ❤️
According to me,it's seems like the challenges in life. We are going through a lot of stress day by day. I never experienced any dark winter because I am from kerala (india) we should always have moderate climate. When seeing this ,our people says that throughout this winter also, they are ready and capable to face it .that's courage making me so delightful. Our people have everything like beautiful weather, good environment, but we are inactive in 75% situations of our life.
Jonna, your videos inspire me, make me feel so good and peaceful inside and that’s exactly what I need in these times. You are so blessed to live in this place. Although I’m sure it has it’s own challenges we are not even imagine cause we haven’t experienced it. You are such a beautiful person on the inside.
I cannot express how I feel every time I watch your videos! You have such an beautiful energy! Like anchagels, lovely, compassionate and super powerful at the same time! I really appreciate each minute I spend watching, listening and feeling you and the nature in your videos! Thank you so much for sharing the magic of your soul with the world! ❤

We play soccer at noon in July under bare sun and have fun 🐥 Swedish people have a very unique country unfortunately you don’t see it clearly ( I M O ) . Peace from 🇶🇦. 🌹🌹🌹🌹
I did it few times 2 years ago with the Wim Hof technique... The feelings while we are in that frozen water are exactly what you describe. A deep meditative state, totally present, no past, no future, just being here and now with the cold, embracing it to "stay alive". A powerfull experience and a good way to be rooted again.
That's what you would feel when your body is having an immune response and pour out a ton of white blood cells to stay alive. It is a good experience once in a while but I do not recommend continuing it on a regular basis as you will end up depleting your bone marrows of t cells.
I seem to be the opposite to most people. As soon as it starts getting colder I feel more alive and energized. Maybe because I was born premature in the middle of a blizzard at the end of January? The heat of the summer just oppresses me. I feel smothered and compressed but in the cold I can breath again. This was a beautiful video as all of your videos!
its the same with me and quite opposite, i was born on one of the hottest days of the year on 2000 it could be blazing hot and thats basically my room temperature
Rue's views I feel you. I live in the mountains of northern Spain, the heat in summer is a killer, going up to +45 degrees Celsius. You just can’t go anywhere. The winter is just amazing, cold, rainy, dark. I love feeling the cold air against my checks. I love going out with my dogs, it’s foggy and it’s freezing and the more you walk the warmer you get inside but you need to keep walking.
So mesmerising, and how some of us from the tropics have never seen snow but 24/7 summer 365days and you enjoy this amazing cold. This world is truly beautiful
No one is saying how brave she was to go in the cold water and stay there for a long time but rather 90% of the comments were about her going to the Cold water with Socks.
Its ok what ppl notice. And point out. You pointed out her being in the cold water and other ppl found it more disturbing that she had socks on.! Theres nothing wrong with that. Ppl do this all the time its quite popular actually to stand in cold water for awhile. Taking cold showers they are huge advantages. I take cold showers. There so refreshing. If interested look up the benefits if not id be happy to tell you them
@@pamelarose2177 they are so refreshing. They also help me ease my muscles after work since I get cramps all over from it. The power of cold is so strong. I hope one day I can try an ice bath in Norway but I would never make that a regular thing out of fear that my body can't handle it, since I live in Florida.
This girl needs to get her own audio book, this is amazing, while I was listening to you I was meditating, I suddenly got this feeling... like I was sinking into a a lake... a lake in the middle of the forest.... the lake was cold.... I could feel my body freeze.... then suddenly I open my eyes and everything around me is a winter blue... then I close my eyes again and i see a forest, a winter forest I picture myself walking in the forest... suddenly I hear howling and I start running then I see mountains and a beautiful frozen lake... my heart was pounding... then it all came to me.... I was lucid dreaming.... then I suddenly see a shadow, a wolfs shadow... I stop, and I can’t move, like I’m petrified, then the wolf stops running and starts walking. I feel the ice melting under me, suddenly I fall into the cold water but the wolf starts running again, as if it wants to save me... then I felt my body freeze, just like me the feeling I had before... the wolf grabbed my hoodie and started pulling me out of that lake... then I feel something cling onto my leg.. it was a mermaid I shake it of, the wolf starts pulling me harder...... then I wake up...... was it a dream...?

Benefits of cold water immersion Reduce stress: One of the benefits of doing this ‘‘crazy’’ thing, as some of us might describe it, is that you will instantly feel happier and more energetic. Exposing the body to cold temperatures reduced the stress hormone, cortisol, and increases the feel-good hormones, endorphins. Boost your immune system: Doing cold immersion therapy two or three times per week, you might notice that you aren’t sick as often. Studies are still inconclusive on whether or not cold immersion therapy prevents illnesses, but it’s suggested that the cold temperatures contract your lymph vessels. This contraction, which is typically achieved via muscle contraction, pumps lymph fluids throughout your body, flushing waste, bacteria and microbes out - essentially cleansing the body. Reverse inflammation: As we mentioned above, athletes do a lot of cold water immersion. This is because, after a training session, muscles get quite swollen from the increased blood flow and torn muscle fibers. The cold water lowers the temperature of the muscles worked and constricts the blood vessels, helping speed up recovery time and bringing instant relief from the numbness.

Such a level of spirituality. That girl is so amazing.
Come on it is just an excuse to show off her body and get views. It has nothing to do with 'spiritually'. All it was, was a woman walking into cold water and giving an overly dramatic narration of it.

What?!... .. ....the ALPS!! Gooooo! Tell us how it goes.

Benefits of cold water immersion
Reduce stress: One of the benefits of doing this ‘‘crazy’’ thing, as some of us might describe it, is that you will instantly feel happier and more energetic.
Ya but u got to get in the cold ass water and not having none of it. I don't do cold water. Hate cold .work in the cold weather all my life over it ..been cold to long want warm now been frost bite no no no
