IMO we need player led team leadership. If it comes from a veteran or from a FR... we just need players holding other accountable. JC you know like when you played. I think we have some players trying to lead. But we need more ! We need them taking charge. The coaching and scheme is there for the most part. They players need to execute. WR's block...DB's come and tackle like you want to punish. War Eagle! I do believe this team will fight and get this turned around!

Most teams take on the personality of their coach. Coach Freeze said in his presser that they are calling plays or not calling plays based on the players ability to execute them. So this team is fragile, timid, and with a tad bit of anxiety.
QB play has to get better. Yes I know we dropped a touchdown. But our QB missed two critical 3rd down passes that would have changed the game. It has to get better.
This team has no leadership,no one on the offense or defense rally the team or step up and make a plays when the team needs something to happen to win , this team is good enough to have 1 loss , is there a reason Perry Thompson is not playing?
