This is a stealth game and it was designed to not rush things esp from the start. It gets fun after enough trial and error to really enjoy the various ways to complete a level esp with those supernatural powers that leaves you speechless.
I played dishonored 1 and I was pretty good it but this shit is still hard
Sir Cat gaming And the AI doesn't hesitate to kill each other, Jindosh is dead because of a dumbass fucking Clockwork Soldier, and the game then decided to autosave twice in 2 seconds, and my previous manual save was over an hour ago because I'd had perfect stealth.

Fantasy Connect did you shoot off there head or rip it off? Because then they can't see and only react to sound so they will attack anyone

if you wanna maintain a no kill playthru but you get spotted and confronted you can still fight and knock enemies out quite fast if you press the buttons in order....firstly by parrying them off balance when they attack then press R1 grabbing them in chokehold and do not finish the choke..
instead opt to throw them with R2 and they will lay on the floor reeling...then press the non lethal attack button(R1) to give them a kick in the mid section,,, VERY SATISFYING KICK I ASSURE YOU LOL

More tips: Observe enemy paths and lay springrazor/stun mine traps cleverly. If you pull it off right, they'll never know what hit them. This is especially useful when chained with Domino and Doppelganger. Summon your doppelganger to chase domino'd enemies into your traps. GG.
You say killing would be good, but the more you kill, the harder the game gets with more wolfhounds, bloodfly nests etc
I have just finished my first playtrough, i had mixed feelings, especially at first, which led me to kind of speedrun through out the story, mainly because i sucked at stealthy approach. Now I'm about to start new game + because at the end I was much better and had way more fun playing.

If you want to play stealth (and try to not kill anyone like me or not) you can upgrade the far reach to grab the ennemies, throw them up and knock them up so you don't have to approach them and risk to be detected. Also you can use the charm that allow the far reach while grabbing gards to be less visible (better for stealth)

What i find misleading from dishonored is that hiding the bodies is much more beneficial in Dishonored 2. In dishonored 2 i wouldn't recommend hiding the bodies except in a few cases, simply because having other guards find a body can lead them to change route and position. Most of the time giving you opportunities that you wouldn't have when they were following their original route.
RE: Robbing the black market, buy and rob don't just rob. For example you can only rob one vial, and maybe you got no vials in your inventory, same goes for bullets and darts. You can rob like 3 and if you needed 10, now you cant get any more from the market.
Thankyou . I am over half way through the game as corvo and have been wondering why my blink does look like the youtube vids , because they are using far reach i think where it shows the direction illuminated when you do it. Took me a while to find out tbh

Same lol but If your an experienced player at a lot of games especially hardcore FPS games like doom eternal and halo than a game like this should be no problem at all
@@DxeNvtsukii it was a joke that doesn’t work in the modern time. When this game came out it wasn’t optimized for PC so it ran really bad on PC but very smooth on consoles. It now works properly.

1. boot the game, get 30fps on a 2000$ PC.

Im having trouble with 4k 60fps with my GTX 1080 on Ultra. i know im not going to get 4k 60fps ultra on every new title but the fps drops are at weird things and random but even when i turned down to high to try and get 60fps nothing changed at all. the developer said that anyone with a GTX 1070 would be able to play if you turned everything down to low and played at 1080p. its ridiculous

so you have the 1080? yeah its most of the time the frames you mentioned but ive seen videos with 1080 dropping to 40fps in the city area. ive heard that the second mission or city causes the most problems so how far are you? and like mrdeits mentioned, lowering the settings dont help shit, so even on everything on low, the most powerful GPUs on the market are having hard time keeping 60fps. AMD has even more problems, the newest AMD GPUs get around 30 - 40 fps on open areas. and on top of this, the game doesnt even look that good, what the fuck is going on? witcher 3 and battlefield 1 works perfectly but dishonored 2's performance is worse than on consoles.
MrDeits97 i have a 1070 w/ i5 6600k , i have set almost everything to ultra/very high. (playing around 1080p cuz the fps jumps down to 50/60 playing at 1440p) (turned off the godrays crap)
i get a stable 75+ fps in the outside areas and around 90 fps indoors . Ya the game is not fully optimized for mid/low end pc and this is one of those several games that screw w/ AMD users.
They have a upcoming patch that might fix the issue. Untill then did u try the workaround found my the community ? Like using project lasso ? and changing nvidia 3d settings?

You can't cancel bend time. Once you activate it, it runs its course.
they should do a better job with tutorial at the beginning. This game reminds of me Assassins Creed somewhat. Although AC can be difficult, at least they explain things better.Eventually Im sure people will learn, after dying enough times.

I'm going to wait till it's patched, might get Anarchy instead for now.
PC version is really buggy at the moment compared to either of the console versions
Go to task manager after launching game, select high priority, then go to nvidia control panel and set max rendered frames to 1.
Even on xb1 it's unplayable. Terrible input delay and fuzzy textures. Not playing until they patch it..or getting. Refund.

windows 10, no glitches. Only thing has been that FPS likes to drop 20 - 30%,(150 to lowest as 60fps) in some strange places, and they do not do it constatly, so probably just my problem and not the games.

The combat can be really difficult UNLESS you've got really good reflexes for blocking
it's really not recommended to hotkey the heart, for most playstyles.
I prefer to hotkey everything because bringing up the weapon wheel frequently is kinda troublesome and immersion-breaking :v

You should buy this game. It's really good. IF you want a fresh experience, that doesn't feel like copy of other games.
Atleast buy the first one. In this game, your every action counts, meaning if you kill people left and right it affects the levels and how characters behave. It's a really good game series. Shame you are not giving it a chance.
I finished far cry 5 new dawn without killing anyone. Except Ethan. At the end, the title screen popped up and said "You're a puthy! Go play Dishonored or Minecraft next time."
Stick to rooftops enemies won’t look there if you’re stealthy

Increasing your mana is tied to finding a particular bone charm. Even then, though, it doesn’t increase that much. (Also, I didn’t mess with crafting bone charms, so you may be able to make an even better one.)

This is the first time I’ve played a stealth game where the enemies can see you a thousand yards away, through solid cover. Don’t worry if you get caught though, there are usually only 25-30 enemies to take on at once and each one of the will be dead after 50-60 strikes. The controls don’t respond, which also amplified the challenge
