Definitely notes from the Peak Design travel backpack.

Man, could you imagine a CHZ22 but with this Tortuga bag's quick access / secondary "duckbill" compartment options and access? I hope Evergoods is taking notes.

That’s literally the first thing I thought!

Wish their stuff was available in Canada. This looks like what I wish the chz22 was from evergoods.

Ah, seems we shared the same brain cell. The chz22 is such a great wearing bag and silhouette but desperately needed a rear slash or quick access pouch and a better designed duckbill compartment space. A marriage of this bag's rear pocket and top pocket into the Chz would be IDEAL.

tortuga has the best "airline personal item size cheat sheet" (also have a carry on list) I always reference. Its interesting that the big 3, American Airlines and United (Delta doesn't have a stated size) are 18x14x8 and 17x10x9 so this bag is longer for both and wide for United, but I guess cause its a soft form you can compress it in to fit their sizers. I like the lightness, and like the luggage pass through orientation, seems a little skimpy though yea. Two way access to the laptop is cool. everyone can get to it the way they prefer. A good competitor to the Aer City Pro for "max personal item" size. CTB26 and Evade are a smidge too big and heavy, sort of a size higher.

Always interested in what Tortuga come up with. No hide away straps and no three way carry. I'll stick with the Setout Divide.

Looks like a Pac Safe Vibe 20 almost. Except the sidepocket

Hey, how about a review on some Gregory packs? Really curious to hear your take on the Resin or Rhune series.

Thank you for watching and for the suggestions! Still working on getting some review units for those, definitely look like solid options

I don’t like this pack as much as the Tortuga outbreaker laptop. It’s too bad they discontinued that bag. It was one of my favorites. This new bag still looks like a very nice bag though.

Thank you for watching and although I like this one alot, the outbreaker laptop backpack is one of the best that I’ve used!
