My advice to Iyo.. maybe a 3-4 minute blip at the start of you're next video. Start by saying you are sorry for coming off as condescending or rude in the last video... say you have already discussed the issue on multiple streams and appreciate everyones feedback. And then thank your viewers for sticking with you thru this blah blah blah, If you spend more time lifting up the people that support you and less time focussing on the "haters" you'll have a more positive community experience I think 🤗
