Additionally-- I've had it with music & band directors wearing leggings at school concerts and awards ceremonies where the students are wearing ties and dresses. Lead by example people! Have any idea how hard it is to get my two gamers into those mandatory slacks and ties when the leaders are wearing athlesure camouflaged with a short blazer. We see the look and we've all HAD IT. Curious if I'm out of line or on point with having had it with the lazy school teacher looks since 2020. We aren't on zoom anymore!
I have always adored how open the Osborn family is about the things they have experienced and gone through in life and how brutally honest they are about it. It is nice to see Kelly in such a good space ❤
This show is part of my morning routine every Tuesday and Thursday. I put it on right when I peel my eyes open and laugh my ass off until I leave my home. You guys have no idea how much you lift everyone up. My god you guys are great. Keep up the great work all of you ❤️

THANK YOU 🙏🏼 ever since I had my son, I’ve literally been forewarning every single pregnant person I know about the post delivery pee/poo and to get the PRESCRIPTION hemorrhoid cream. NO ONE TOLD ME!!!! Like, do NOT leave the hospital without it lol
Personally I get 10 months of missed periods all at once over the two weeks after the delivery as well , and think it’s so crazy no one talks about it 😭

Ohmygod the first postpartum poo was crazy. I SCREAMED. 24 years after giving birth, it’s literally the only thing I remember about the whole process
Really enjoyable episode. At first I thought Kelly kept saying she's had it with 'noodle/s' ('I turn into a noodle!').
My son has turned 46 and I never had the choice of having an epidural, didn’t know about it until a friend told me about it. She lived in a city so maybe she got the choice. I had to be induced bc he was overdue and it was close to Christmas. It was so painful and nothing afterwards was as bad.
I had to have postpartum surgery because I had a hernia in the taint area
It was literal hell for a year prior to surgery
No one talks about it I felt so alone and betrayed

I did a natural birth because I was too far along . Natural birth sometimes comes by itself. I’m glad . I got to eat afterwards and walk around. Don’t negate natural birth . It’s sometimes a blessing. I gave birth in one hour . This was my one and only after being on bed rest most of my pregnancy.

I am not American and English is not my native language, but I do see the irony she put into it. Too bad it was taken out of context. As is often happening with sarcasm and irony these days.

Love you guys so much. However, as a birth doula I recommend you research statistics on Western Medicine approached births in contrast to unmedicated birth. Statistics show Western Medicine can lead to more unnecessary intervention that can cause worse birth outcomes. As two women who are proud to be progressive, I would also recommend you research the statistics of maternal mortality rate in our country (and especially for those who are POC), compared to every other developed country we have some of the worst rates for premature birth, infant and maternal mortality, systemic racism and what we call “the cascade of interventions.” You’ll quickly learn that even many European countries often forego Western Medicine approach until absolutely necessary and their birth outcomes are statistically much better than ours. So as much as I’d love to say “yes modern medicine should always be here to assist us!” as beautiful as it is, our system often abuses it for financial gain and thus damaging the birth experiences of many people. I hope you look into this more to understand a bit better why doulas are becoming more popular and why people may opt for an unmedicated birth!

I am a first time listener and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Kelly Osbourne was unflinchingly British in expressing her views. Got to love her!
I had two sons. 9 lb sons. Both completely natural. Women have been doing it for years!!! I didn't want anything/drugs to get into my child. I did rethink my decision during my second sons delivery though. He has very broad shoulders. The Dr has to go up in me to his FKNG elbow to turn him to get him out of me! My sister lost it! Doc said, stfu or GTFO! I don't know how I didn't pass out. I've got a very high pain tolerance. It's not always a good thing though. At almost 60 years old, they say I need a new hip. It's bone on bone and full of arthritis. Painful? Oh Man!!! I do not want surgery. Idk how much longer I can endure this pain though. Anybody have an alternative?

I haven’t had a baby so this is a real question would it be worth it to not get pain meds for birth if you know your after baby shit won’t be so bad because you won’t be constipated from the pain meds??? Or is this post baby poop warzone pretty much best case scenario???

I'm one of the small % who had no issues going #2 after my baby, but that's not the shocking part. When the nurse came in the morning she had already checked out for me this giant horse pill laxative. After I said I already went, she discarded it into this little bin on the wall. I should have made her check it back in. Why? The hospital charged me over $80 for ONE pill that I had no need for, and didn't use. $80 freakin' dollars!! My kid is now 14 and I had medical insurance too. That's outrageous and deserves its own bitchin' session.
