Could you do an in-depth video about Jordan's last pen-ultimate step? I want to see the distance he gets from his right foot to the left foot. What does his "C-shape" look like? I'm trying to teach this one kid at my highschool who has great potential.
Great job Jordan! He keeps getting good consistent throws, 85 is right there if he gets one all together. I notice he wears a knee sleeve on his block leg. I’ve had knee pain in my block leg too and was wondering if you had any advice for getting rid off or preventing block leg knee pain. Any advice would help!
When i'm throwing the javelin, my elbow is going over the limt of shoulders, therefore my javelin doesn't hit the ground.It goes along the ground. What should I do for it ? 😢
