Several yrs ago I was on a land and sea trip to Alaska. While on the cruise Libby Riddles, first female winner, 1985 Iditarod was on the ship talking about her winning adventure. One of the tours I signed up for was a trip to visit sled dogs and they showed the dogs exercising and running as a team. I loved the whole Alaska experience💕
WOW what an adventure for you and Weston he will never forget this trip. You are a great mom to do this with your son. Bless you for making your family great memories 🙏
When my son lived in North Pole they had sled dogs. Granddaughter was learning how to run them. They were awesome! Thank you for the trip down memory lane!🥰❣
Love your channel. And love to learn more about Alaska and to see how different things are and watch you experience things like this. Just watching the video was amazing enough. You can tell that you definitely enjoyed the experience and that made it so much more enjoyable to watch. Your channel is so unique... You don't do things just for the likes and comments that it will get you like a lot of other TH-camrs do, you do this because it's something you love and because of the love you have for Alaska. Love all of your videos. I first saw a grocery haul video and then saw your family vlogs as well. Love all you content and can't wait to see what you, your Alaska boys and sweet Luna get up to in 2023. I have a feeling it'll be a great year for you all.
Hello thank for the video it is so nice to see the dogs pulling in the snows, take care all tell Luna say hi.Wishing all good blessing that god had you and your family.
Thank you for taking us with you and Weston. I am trying to plan a Alaska trip with my husband. And your adventures in your beautiful state is helping me. Keep up the wonderful work. Love from Florida.
I loved the dog sledding adventure, it was very exciting and educational. Glad Weston got to go along with you. Glad you got to do it. I saw the love, you had for all those dogs. Thanks again for taking us along. 💕💜❤️
I grew up spending summers in Grand Marais, MN on the north shore of Lake Superior. They have their own sled dog race there called the John Beargrease. It commemorates an Ojibwa mail carrier by that name who used sled dogs to take mail from Duluth to Grand Portage in the winter time. (He used a boat in the summer.)
I have Siberian Huskies . They, like Alaskan Huskies love the snow and run. It was amazing you filming or Weston filming while you were on the sled. Those were beautiful and smart dogs. Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience.
That was really fun!! Thank you for sharing!! Though many people like to think those dogs are worked too hard this is proof that they are not happy unless pulling and running. Watching them so excited to run and roll in the snow is also proof they are so happy to be doing what they are doing. I have heard they eat better than their mushers! The dogs are #1 and mushers can live on much less. Watched many shows on sled dogs as Husky's are my favorite and I would love to own one someday but only if I could provide the lifestyle they need. Got the snow part down but that is about all. Not the land to run!
Lauren thanks for taking us along. This is very interesting these dogs are so excited to do their job. Before anyone thinks this is cruel. WATCH & LISTEN THESE DOGS HAVE A BLOODLINE & THEY ARE BREED TO DO THIS. They very well taken care of. GOD BLESS FROM JULIE WEST CENTRAL INDIANA FARMLAND ✝️🇺🇸🐾🐾🐾🐾🚜

There is a story about a illness that happened. It was spreading and ended up in Alaska. There was a medicine that was invented to save. It took a team tag of dog sleds to get the medicine; to where it needed to be. I absolutely can't remember the illness but, I do remember that if it had not been for the dogsleds, That village would have completely been wiped out.
