I really liked what you did with the factory workers' schedules, because in pretty much every video before that I asked myself why in the world you would have half the workers going on break at the same time 😂, another way to optimize that is to do two more schedules with the same off-setting concept as the FW4 schedule and selecting workers to do only one herb type that each has varying schedules. Also, I would suggest having your guards only able to access the common areas, and your death funnel, so they don't wander and are always near the front. I don't know if it would really help, but maybe a small room at the end of the death funnel, full of windows to allow the guards to be ready for anyone that gets through with those strong doors protecting that whole outside area. I would be careful of the vacuum room trap idea, because during raids the raiders tend to destroy most of the machines they encounter by shooting at them, and shooting a vacuum puller just sounds disastrous to me. I also support the idea of building all the other businesses before you have the stuff to supply them, as passive income for all hours of the day, but before doing so I would recommend you research the raid mechanics thoroughly to ensure that opening all of those business will not trigger them. Also, I just wanted to encourage you to keep going with this series, because I remember you said the first time you did this game a lot of people weren't watching. I really enjoy watching you play this and getting super excited over getting to put down a bunch of pretty flowers in a game about those kinds of substances. I think I've only ever commented on one TH-cam video ever and liked maybe 20, so I'm mostly a silent watcher but I was hoping this would encourage you to keep making them, as this game is one I really enjoy and watching you play it has made it even more fun. 🙂👍👍

To figure out where your "deliveries" come from before building, you can send a vehicle there, see where they park at, then just send them off to somewhere else. Then begin building!
Room setting: During working hours, they stick to their designated rooms, when they are on break, they go "anywhere".
