You can use it in your Figma Design by placing the animation frame in your frame Layout. Also you can export it. Watch it to then end. You'd see where I explained how to export

Just use the render or export button at the top. but export or render as MP4. when you do that it will be playing in a new tab in the browser. click on the video playing in the browser, you would see 3 dots at the top right corner of the video animation playing in the browser, click on the three dots and use the download option there to download it to your computer
