Ma'am the phrase 'means and includes' in your video you construed as not exhaustive which is contrary to the statement in the case of J. Yashoda vs. K shoba rani where it says it is the exhaustive or in other word entire list of which secondary evidence can be given on absence of primary evidence under the act.. Correct me if I'm wrong.
