    Perfect analysis. Tukkuguda is already hiked, Maheshwaram and mansanpally near by looks pretty promising now for next 5 to 10 years.

      @@toonstories4526 only lay outs with color color flags no villas or gated communities..since 7-10 years...no rich folk investment, only lower middle class buyers..prices are not going anywhere...just another Shadnagar.

      Line 2 : TSPA Moinabad Chevella stretch

      111 G.O lands - Fantastic ,If you can acquire minimum 2 acres land and build farm house or can buy very very near to village houses to mitigate risk.

      @@realtalkshyderabadRl the ones close to Village will not see much appreciation or will be liveable in near future...except for security reasons it would be a worst investment....all the existing villages will be re-populated with working class/labour....they will become slums to be precise..all the existing slums in posh localities were once villages.

      Patancheru is not yet fully developed on the social infra front and has pollution issues. hence not included in top 5 list.

      During 1980 to 1984 Indira Gandhi was the MP of Medak. She bought so many companies almost 175 incl. BHEL. Majority is for Patencheru area. This is most polluted place. All real estate ventures started when these companies getting closed. This is highly polluted area. Please do check the facts

      It's already very dusty and highly polluted now. Expect more pollution in the coming years due to constructions and more vehicular pollution.
