Awful is the sight of the ruined city
    Blood flows down the streets
Catastrophe has come to my people
    Dreadful is their fate
    Every house has been destroyed
    Families are broken forever
God promised he would do this
    Holy is his name
I am worn out with weeping
    Just broken in spirit
Let me die like the others
    My life has no meaning
    Never again will I laugh
    Or dance for joy
    Please comfort me, Lord
    Quieten my spirit
Remind me of your future plans
    Save your people from despair
Tell them you still love them
    Understand their feelings
Vent your anger on their destroyers
    Exterminate our enemies
We will again exalt your name
    Zealous for your reputation

I wanted you to know that I have read through the bible 3 times now and this time being the 4th I have decided to split each part and dig deep for more of an understanding and before each part I always watch your videos to give me a better understanding on the parts I'm reading and I just wanted to tell you that I have come to see how beautiful the bible is. You have made me see it in away that I can truely relate and the way you speak about these is just amazing. Sometimes I just watch with tears running down my cheeks. I can't even find the words. Thank you.

I AM ON 3rd read through and that's a great idea...i thought i would write a one word thesis of verses that strike me
next time through and rank my favorite psalms ...and put book chapter verse of things i need more understanding...
I love GOD'S word...BLESS YOU SISTER ....GOD's speed...I ALSO WENT BY CHART OF READ THROUGH IN ONE YEAR BUT
I DID IT MUCH QUICKER BUT READING OLD AND NEW TESTAMENT IS BETTER THAN GETTING BOGGED DOWN IN
O.T. I need the N.T. to balance the HARSHNESS of O.T. and keep more joy in reading.....

He is a wonderful teacher. I so enjoy his teachings. I think we are now in the times of Jeremiah. As Isaiah says, they call evil what is good and good what is evil. We need to keep an eye on Jerusalem and that gives an idea of what is happening in the world, to us.

David sure is a prophet. He connects the bible and all in it so perfect, it HAS to be from God. I am so thankful to be able to understand the bible (and with it God) better!

After watching this. I read lamentations. I played the sound of a rabbi singing lamentations in the background, while I read. Its soulful.
Lamentations makes me think of the great tribulation. I'm very moved. Thoughtful. Sad

That’s ridiculous forgiving someone who burns your family alive. Yes, Christ forgave you, but you didn’t burn another man’s family to ashes. Don’t forgive those who have no remorse for their actions.

35:10 The parallel between the jews of the OT and the Catholics after the ascension of Jesus is remarkable. Both have been punished for disobeying God. The sacraments, sacrifices and priests of both have been taken away. Just as the Philistines and Babylonians were sent to punish the jews so did God use the protest-ants to punish the Catholics (His Church). After Vatican 2 God's anger has boiled over.

At one time women routinely ate the afterbirth , because it was full of nutrients and good for continueing to nourish the baby through the mothers milk. I dont know how many years ago. I'm sure animals do it if not overdomesticated. I dont remember ever clearing away the afterbirth when my dogs or cats , or rabbits gave birth. K

Well regarding professionalism psalm 33:3 Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.
The word "skillfully" is used here. I think there are different ways to worship and if you don't have the gift of singing or playing but you still want to try maybe at home I'm confident God loves that. When you play in a choir or in a band, certain skills are needed otherwise you won't be able to finish the song. I"m not sure if all the musicians have to be prophetic, for sure the worshipping leader has a bigger responsibility since songs have to be chosen based on the sermon or the way the Holy Spirit wants to lead. Just my humble opinion. Would be nice to have an open respectful discussion here :)
