If ur CBT exam infrastructure is less than u can implement this to provide CBT exams to genuine candidates and avoid burden of dealing with mass number every exam. There need to be a better filter method instead of occupying large infrastructure and fund by recruitment authorities . KPSC KEA KSP need to create common CET exam every 6 month. once clearing a CET should be given certificates which is valid for 5 years . after 5 years candidate need to write CET again for the renewal. So the candidate is now eligible to write any exam conducted by recruiting bodies inside karnataka. CET is common respective of any degree /PUC/ SSLC it should contain common syllabus . And covering only state and Ncert books of class 10 only. Paper 1 : compulsory kannada ( writing) 35% must Paper 2 : Common GK covering 10 th level state and NCERT books. 35% must Paper of GK should include fixed number of questions from all subjects. 15 question from History, geography, polity, science, math, economy and 10 mark basic current affairs. Page 4 If candidate didn't got kannada 40% filtered. If paper 2 didn't got minimum 35% with negative is filtered. If no candidate got for a particular category after filtration add those post to GM. After this make the data accessible to every department. Example : when AE exam need to be called in water department. They will be having less number of aspirants to deal with. Now conduct the exam carefully through CBT and display genuine results quickly. With this model u can find serious aspirants and avoid scams of bluetoot etc because now u need to deal with less people and budget is saved.

Bill need to be passed to manage insurance policy and fund management to take care of youth of karnataka . Policy 1 . Premium of 1000 per year from the aspirant need to be made irrespective of any exam conducted by KPSC, KEA, KSP. 50% of the exam fees collected by kpsc for that exam need to be charged to raise the fund. 1) All Scores of every exams need to be announced within 20 days . 2) If the result and appointment order getting delayed the candidate will get 50-70% of sallary of particular post which he got until he provided with posting. Instead of creating yuva nidhi scheme implement this.
